This branch of Public Storage, has the best people working there, especially the manager Pattie she has been the kindest and very knowledgeable! She returns all my calls promptly. She will go out of her way to make sure you know all the companies changes( new hours and gate changes due to COVID-19. She is very friendly and easy to talk to . I am not very good with a PC and was trying to use the website to set up auto-withdrawl for my monthly payments but I wasnt sure if I had done it right so I call her office an asked her questions about it. Well I had done it right BUT I entered everything in twice. So when it came time for payment to be taken out, they took it out twice. I called her and she fixed it right away!!! Thank you Pattie. I live in Arizona and my son and I both had a unit there for many years. The property is very well kept and is getting a new paint job. Clean restroom and wheelchair ♿ accessible. There are a few parking spots right out front of office. You have to use the access code to get in the gate and out. Due to COVID-19 you have a 30 minute time allotment then youll have to go to key pad and put your code in again or go to office and let them know you will be longer. If I ever need a Storage unit again I will go back to them. They only allow one person into office at a time ( again COVID-19) my son and I thank you for all the years of help and kindness Pattie an Public Storage.

Would give 0 if possible. My unit was broken into.everything of value taken..they refused to help police with cameras...they just said too bad not thier problem...them sent me a bill ..I think it an insides job, thats why they dont help police...

The Public Storage at this location is very well managed. We walked in with some inquiry. David in the office answered all our questions in very clear and concise manners. He was highly professional and most helpful and helped solved our problem.

So I came into public storage and was immediately impressed with the energy given to me by Antwanasia. She was proactive with different customers and hitting the phones. It was like she had an answer and solution for anything coming her way. I was able to tell that she wants to do the best for her customers and the company. She stayed focus with a smile. Its good to know that there are people in the field doing the best they can for themselves and the business.

Other storage facilities wasted my time and tried to bait and switch me into something other than what I was looking for. At Public Storage, I got what I wanted, the unit was the size it was advertised, and I got a good deal and move-in special. The manager, Naisa, was friendly, listened to my needs and got me through the reservation process quickly. I am a very satisfied customer!

Customer service cashier is super friendly and quick

Pulled into Public storage today with a reservation appointment for a 5x6 and left with a 5x9. The process itself was smooth and efficient thanks to the help of Devin. With just a few open ended fitting questions, he was able to determine that my initial choice was not quite the right size for me. We took a look at the 5x6 and sure enough he was right. He recommended going one space higher and he 5x9 seemed to be a perfect fit. The price was not my liking, so instead of pushing me into signing, Devin spent time looking at locations around the area for me. I’ve been in sales and customer service for years, and in the end I really felt like Devin took care of what we needed and that helped close the deal. Thanks for all the help! Keep up the great work.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PATTY WAS A GOOD HELPING GET A SPACE 4 MONTHS AGO SHE TOLD I WAS GOING TO PAY $140 AS LONG AS A NEED IT THE SPACE. NOW 3/1/20 THEY RAISE THE FEE $50. THEY WANT ME TO PAY $190. PLEASE STAY AWAY. NOW LOOKING TO MOVE TO ANOTHER PLACE.

Juliana and Justin are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. We did the online expedited process, which made it a breeze; you can also get better deals online. My only gripe would be that they use pull lights in the units, which easily snap off. Additionally, I would have rated them a 5 if they had temperature controlled units. I knew they didnt have those types of units, but the ratings were so good we decided to go for it anyway. So, overall, good little storage facility, with great customer service.

We are a long time customers (21+ years) at this Public Storage location in Monrovia. The service, care and dedication of the entire staff, especially Patti, Site Manager, is fabulous. Patti - you rock! Thank you!

Edgar was so patient with me. This is the first time I have ever needed a storage facility and Edgar walked me through what size would work best for me and helped me with the whole process. His attention to detail was spot-on. He even showed me to my storage unit prior to purchasing so that I would feel comfortable that all my stuff would fit. He answered all of my questions and gave me the time and attention I needed in order to make the right decision. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

This is the best Public Storage facility i have found ever. I have been using PS for many years and the staff and manager are the best. The on site staff, the customer service department and the district manager have always been great and taken care of all my problems. The only down side is that they raise the price each year. ( some times a lot ). I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

The reviews about Edgar were right on and I was impressed how professional and customer friendly. He was able to help me with my packing needs and knew what would help me with my move. Seriously..... yall need to get better lighting in that place....its like zombie apocalypse in there...the lights dont stay on long enough and you gotta run down and do jumping jacks to get them to go back on ..Im sure there is some hilarious security video of me jumping around like a freak.Also, there are people sorta like day living in the upstairs spaces which is fine, I suppose...but the cigarette and pot smoking isnt cool if you have your kids with ya and you are trying to get Halloween decorations out and youre are getting a massive buzz from dude down the way....woof....strong weed, dude.Normally I dont care what people do, and yea, smoke your weed...but not indoors when others gotta be in close to you, working.I swear that I got a bit stoned that day.Also dude that works there who helped me load some stuff into the donation bin?YOU ROCK, BRO AND HAVE A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR...STAY COOL.
