Well furnished party toys. I went there someday before Halloween, everything you need for party with friends. $. Obviously we are not talking high end party costumes.

Hurry up! theres not much left at the Monrovia location. a lot of costumes for children. however, i did not see any mask in the prepackaged items. at least the ones iinspected. sad took see it close. ☹

Georgianna was fantastic. I needed an item for my sons school the next day. The invetory said they had two, but they did not. She called two nearby stores. She literally had a phone to each ear to see who could help her the fastest. Unreal! She had the closest store put it up front. I walked in and purchased it in less than five minutes. Amazing customer service.

They never have enough cashiers, especially when people are ordering balloons!! What a joke!!! We all have to wait for the person to choose a balloon and then filled and some of those balloons are BIG!! Make a separate line for that PLEASE. Last time I was there I was half tempted to walk out because 3 people in front of me were ordering balloons and all I had to check out with was a masquerade mask!!! Unbelievable wait time!!!

Just got the last bb8 #1210 and it doesn’t work. Loks like some one returned it, because it has batteries inside and on the package it says batteries not included.They didn’t even warned me that it was a return.zipper is broken. What a way to ruin Halloween for my son.

It was horrible there! Nobody asked if I needed help and other did need help. It was very unorganized, no prices in a lot of areas, employees talking to each other and laughing but ignoring the fee customers there! I drove all the way out there for nothing. Very disappointed.

They have a decent variety of party supplies, but they are definitely overpriced. The store has a dirty feel to it. Yet, thats usually the problem when you have poor lighting. The workers never have a good attitude and act like they have better stuff to do than to help the customer.

Work in the area and have been using this Party City for years. I have never had any problems until recently. The last few times I have been there, the service has been SO BAD! Young girl at the front with different colored hair and a bad attitude has me debating whether to use another location or not. She is so rude in the way she speaks to the customers and her co workers. It was not just me she has been rude to. I have seen this the last few times I have been in.

About 3 weeks ago I went into the store to look for small pacifiers for a baby shower game the employee told me they did not have them and I would have to order it on line so for the 1st time I ordered something online, I found the ones I liked may the order it said I would get an email to tell me when to pick it up, well 3 days later still no email so for 2 days I called the store and I was placed on hold numerous times and no one came back on the phone so I hung up. So today after work I stop by not looking forward going into the store pick up my item. The lady at the counter was very nice after I got my order I opened the bag open and it was not what I ordered, the cashier then showed me the baby shower area and show me the exact pacifier that I was looking for in the beginning. She was very helpful and very polite. Sorry but I cant remember her name but she was about 23 years old with black hair and I believe her name started with a D I was unable to Pronounce her name right. Party City going out of business at this location in summer 2020. Had big selection of party decorations and supplies. Large balloon selection and candy too. Free WiFi performs ok. Staff were helpful as far as their stock goes and wre usually available except at very busy pre-holiday times. Regular prices at this big box chain were never as low as one might expect and somehow regularly dont seem to carry everything you want. Parking here is free in the parking lot. The parking situation is good despite busy Trader Joes after the closing of the nearby Toys R Us in the same shopping center.

Went in to order balloons. They had them ready right away. Cashier was funny.

Poor customer service. I only wanted two balloons but they had to make all 48 balloons for a customer before us that wasnt even present. Ive been waiting for about 20 minutes and they are still making those balloons. Seriously I only need two. So not efficient.
