UPDATE: still no call back, however I received the piece and a free package of coffee couple weeks later.Ordered a piece for my Jura machine. They sent me an empty box with a packaging slip for someone else’s name and address. Talked to josh immediately and said he was going to make it right right away. 2 weeks later no package, no update, and doesn’t answer my emails or calls. Will be contacting my credit card company for my money back.

Very Bad customer service, they selling FAST but when you need a support they not answering a phone calls and not replying to emails. Asking my Credit Card and BBB to help get my money back. Stay away from them, feels like its a one person company, a person who dont care about customers.
