I had bought a phone in a different Verizon location and was told it will take to long to activate and I should do it at home. I was very frustrated, The next day I went to this Verizon store told them what happened they were sympathetic helpful and offered to activate it for me right away! They even went through how to use features on my new phone!

The return service in this store is bad. I bought a wireless home phone box here and it never worked from the 1st minute they did nothing to service me. I had to take care all of it on my own through verizon. If I shopped in this store they should give me service on an item that never worked properly. They only have 14 days return even on non working items. That is too little for such expensive devices.

Very happy with the service. We were there today to switch a couple of lines from another carrier to Verizon Wireless. We were helped by Rachel and her manager kept on providing assistant as needed. Not only did they gives us a great plan, they also did all the paperwork and ported all our old numbers from the old carrier to Verizon. Se we were all able to keep our current cell phone numbers.All in all, it was a very positive experience. Knowledgeable sales people, beautiful store and great selection of smart phones, basic phones, tables, and WiFi devices. I highly recommend this store based on our personal experience.

Called beforehand to talk about adding a line. Came in, and was finished in 3 minutes. Zevi is a pro, got everything done quickly, with a great smile. Definitely recommended as the place to go if you need real service for your Verizon plan.
