This business owner is the most impertinent person I have ever dealt with in my life.His anger issues are beyond comprehension.In the course of our interchange he called me a liar and a loser. Why? Because I emailed him to ask where a router was that I ordered for my phone system. He told me to ask Amazon and not whine to him. When I mistakenly assumed he was repsonsible for the shipping he went off on me. Calling me a liar at least 4 times.This guy is in desperate need of anger management counseling. I would not deal with this company or it’s owner if they had the last whatever I needed on earth.I’m sure he’ll refute my accusations but I have a copies of the emails and will be happy to share them to show how unstable this owner and business is and who really is the liar.

Doesnt act in good faith. I asked for a cancellation through Amazon channels before it was shipped but they shipped anyway and then wouldnt pay for the return shipping. I asked to cancel because I found their prices to be far higher than anywhere else. They were not cooperative at all. Snippy even. Fortunately Amazon customer service made good - giving me a full refund and letting me keep the overpriced ink cartridge.

This company is an extremely reliable company and I appreciate their honesty. I will keep buying from your company...
