Enormous kosher supermarket with an incredible selection of everything: produce, butcher, prepared/deli foods, flours, bakery items, sophisticated bouquets. They have a sushi counter, bins of pickles, an entire freezer dedicated to gefilte fish, spices galore, a schnitzel bar, osso bucco, birthday cakes for kids and adults... really, almost anything you could want. The fish counter was the only thing that looked spartan. Prices are reasonable. I recommend visiting this place even if only as a cultural immersion experience!

A huge kosher-only supermarket, lots of choices :)We usually come here to buy snacks and raw meat, which is often on sale at very good prices.Nice sushi bar and good deli counter, lots of ready-to-eat food available on the heated table to take with you. Nice bakery with different kind of fresh good quality pastry made daily. My kids like this place a lot.

This is my go to store! When I need anything I go to evergreen. My big shopping are here because I know I have everything I need and so many things to choose from! Service is amazing! Everyone is so nice! And they have amazing seasonal deals and amazing prizes for kids and adults alike. Chanukah is the place to shop at evergreen! Pesach is the best you have anything and everything you need! So many new ways to make shopping easier! Delivery options, curbside pick up, and helping you load your car for you! They are really out there to help the customers and make their shopping more enjoyable and easier!

Their service is very poor. Most employees have no human relations. The positions of the cashiers are not desperate. There is a queue for a small amount of people.

If I could rate 0 I would. There were SO MANY PEOPLE in this store and they were not wearing masks. Even the staff were not wearing masks. There was a crowd of about 10-15 people without masks standing all around the prepared foods section which was uncovered. I was so appalled that I left. I did not feel comfortable purchasing food from a place that was so blatantly disregarding health and safety protocols. If you value your health and the health of those around you, go somewhere, ANYWHERE else.

My wife and I grew up religious, after we got married we left religion.We live a secular life and send the kids to public school. 12 years later.. My father in law passed away and my wife became more spiritual. I agreed to start keeping a kosher house and even bought a new grill.My family who previously disowned me, were eager to come over to my BBQ. I went to Evergreen and bought expensive kosher prime 2 inch thick steaks, when I opened the package I noticed they butchered all the stakes and half of the steak was only 1 inch. Needless to say this has result in a uneven horrible cook.Thanks to you guys I will never eat kosher again!!! I will leave my kids in public schools, and I hope they will assimilate and marry non-Jews!!!!!!Im so glad this guy isnt a Mohel!

For years I have been coming to shop at Evergreen for the quality and diversity of their products however I cannot help but to give it one star on their adherence to Pandemic rules. It is truly disappointing, sad and inconceivable that with the situation in the USA and around the world with so many infections and deaths this store does not impose the mask to all customers and employees with no exception and not under the nose or just covering the beard. The mask is not only to protect the person wearing it but even more so for the person next to you.Do the right thing, wear the mask and save lives!

So crowded and no one in the store is wearing a mask over their nose/mouth. No common decency amongst staff and customers alike. Prices are very high for most products. The plus side is the selection is great as well as most of the food is pretty good. I adore the cholent here.

My recent experience there was appalling. The lack of mask wearing was outrageous. There was no mask enforcement. If you don’t want to get COVID, stay away from this dangerous hotspot.

Overall this place gets 5 stars for what it is, a large modern kosher supermarket.Likes:Sour pickles in the barrel;Garlic Rosemary raw chicken, always very good, I usually buy the boneless chicken breasts or bone-in thighs, its great on grill;Nice produce with good specials;They have every flavor of Marinos italian ices - we like this brand of hard ices;Good selection of middle Eastern spices;Dislikes:The deli pastrami was really bleh. Tastes so fake and artificial. I have not tried other prepared foods.

Amazing but Friday is always busy

I don’t live in Monsey NY. But when we visit we make sure to stop into the most amazing kosher supermarket Monsey has to offer. We stock up on their Yummi soups and more. They have an amazing fruits and vegetables department, lots of great prepared foods and a flower department that has more flowers then my brooklyn florist. Wait I almost forgot. The prices are great as well.

I havent used the service, so Im not sure what its worth. But from the look of the crowd, I wouldnt be too impressed. My experience was cramped, dark and messy.But nonetheless, the selection is incredible!

Evergreen delivery truck careless drivers drove over my neighbors brand new bike and broke it so it wasnt usable!! They reached out to customer service and boy do they have not fair people working over there. Over email they were very nice and offered to pay $80 for the amount of the damage in fixing the bike/buying new one. Then when picking up the money, customer service offered them 30 bucks claiming that according to Halacha they arent obligated to give more. If you cant fix what you broke, literally, then where does your customer service even begin and end. Or did it even begin???

The best store in the best mall.Evergreen is a store with higher standards and for people looking for quality and service.From the entrance till the exit is one piece of fun for everyone who enjoys high-class shopping.You dont have to have security guards to keep moving the traffic of shopping carts because the aisles are wide enough for a big flow.Evergreen has great departments of the finest selection and best cuts of kosher meats to be found. Great large take out food with large verity. The all new fish department with all kinds of fish including Seabass and tuna stake. Fresh made sushi on premises, top of the line fruits and vegetables, the famous zeeshas bakery, flowers and expensive chocolates. Evergreen has the biggest line of items that cant be found anywhere. And costumer service is great.

Came shopping here to meal prep for a few days.Evergreeens fishery department has a big variety of fish. I purchased tuna burgers, salmon burgers which are ready to be cooked.They check out line was a quick process,Many Parking spots available, even for a long SUV I had no problem parking.Huge shoutout to the store management for keeping the store clean, offering masks for those entering that don’t have masks, hand sanitizer at the entrance, keep it up!
