Update : The new manager Chris is way more attentive and helpful compared to previous super America who seemed didnt care. Thats why I am revising my review to very positive.

From our arrival Christopher attended to us very attentive, to all our doubts, he very kindly showed us the facilities and guided us throughout the process, which made it very easy for us to rent a public storage for the first time. I was told I had to buy public storage 20 dollar lock so I did. I purchased the disk one. I put it on the storage unit and it only went through only half the lock. I left it like that for a week or so. I brought a square public storage lock I had at home and it fit the unit perfectly. I wanted my money back and she refused. I got beat for 20 bucks. The unit is filthy the ceiling is all buckling and the material on the ceiling is all hanging. Its actually disgusting there. Wasnt like that when I rented from them years ago. The outside looks nice but the units are gross. I told christina I wanted a different unit. I went today to the unit and see that the one right across from me was empty she never offered it me. ..waiting to see if she does. If not Im moving my stuff out ..

Last minute I needed storage and Christina was there to help! She showed me the exact size I would need and even showed me different ways to protect my stuff. Thank Christina for making this process quick and easy for me.

I am moving and needed help. I went to public storage. The associate America suggested moving supplies, boxes, bubble wrap and tape. America was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she even helped me to take the supplies to my car. I will definitely go back to this location. I recommend her. Thanks for your help!

The Public storage in Monsey, NY is very Clean. The grounds and units are well maintained. Christina is the property manager and she always greets her me with a smile and is professional. She always asks is there anything I can help you with.

People are friendly. The only problem is there is a lip in front of the garage we are going to rent and we are now in the process of having a low ramp built in order to store our Polaris slingshot. Good security and reasonable prices.

I have had a storage locker at the Monsey, NY Public Storage facility for over a year and, while all the staff there have been helpful, I feel that Christina has been especially helpful to me during that time and therefore deserves special recognition. Since I stored there, I have been helping a friend run a restaurant and, on occasions, fell behind with my monthly payments. Christina has actively been both vigilant and very helpful, with reminders concerning deadlines and any information I have sought. Having previously held hire/fire positions I can state that her self-motivation and proactive behavior for her Customer(s) to AVOID problems, rather than waiting for them to occur, make her a great candidate in any field! Moreover, she is also very personable and friendly. To Public Storage management: do whatever is required to keep her on board as she is a great asset, with terrific potential!

Needed storage space quick, renovations and carpeting on its way. Steven was super, helped us find a unit, right size and walked us through the process & cost. Went so well we spent half of yesterday moving stuff in. The place is a bit rundown, too many pot holes and can use a coat of paint but overall gets the job done

Average self storage center, price was the cheapest here after shopping around for a unit on a month to month basis... Attendant who was at the front desk was pretty lazy to assist me, but eventually I got him up to snails pace... Storage units itself are average to poor...

Yesterday 10:45 PMI had to write about a pleasant experience I had at this facility a few months back. While helping a friend of mine with a big move after his divorce he asked me to help find a local storage facility to store things in a hurry. The manager there was extremely helpful and made the move painless. I was surprised the costs were so affordable, I always thought it was expensive to store things. I remember the managers name was America, a hard one to forget and she spoke with an accent. But she explained the costs and knew her business very well. I would highly recommend this facility for its low cost and helpful staff.

This place is the best .the staff are very nice. the one employee america, makes you feel like your home. the place is clean. great value for the large unit . and it even has a light in it . good hours to get in and out to get your stuff.
