If I could take 5 stars away, I would. Compuchecks.com was an excellent company to deal with when I work at a different company from 2017 - 2019. This time, the customer service was terrible. They would not check with carrier on shipment delay. I had to spend over an hour to do it myself. One set of company checks did not have the void watermark. The checks didnt fit the envelopes purchased without an additional unscored line. Poor quality service and products.

Very easy to order over the phone. Had the checks ready for pickup within the same day for a small extra fee. ( which was what I needed). Price I think is unbeatable.

We have used this company for our checks for close to 10 years now. Theyve always been very helpful both with their Live Chat support and over the phone. In the years weve used them we havent had ANY issues with the checks, not even 1 misprint/issue in the thousands upon thousands of checks we have ordered with them over the years.

Reordered checks and the wrong account information was on them even though we triple checked before placing the order that everything was correct. Called to see if we could correct it and was told we still had to pay full price for another order.

Speedy delivery of checks for Quickbooks. Great prices. Not sure what the negative reviews are for; weve been more than satisfied.

Printed my checks wrong and wanted to charge me a discount to reprint them and charge me shipping at 12.95 again - Would never order from them again - I also sent them a voided check to check for accuracy as per their website and the girl told me they only look at the account numbers - Plenty of other companies out there - 1st and last time - Worst

I ordered a sample pack of QuickBooks checks from Compuchecks and while the paper quality was pretty good their checks do pose some security hazards to a business. Their checks align perfectly with the QuickBooks software. The worst security threat is that on the check stub that the employees keep has Compuchecks website and phone number printed on them. I dont want everybody to know how to reorder my payroll checks, and then they have my account and routing number there also for their convenience and ease to reorder. I will not be ordering from them anymore. Instead I went with Check Depot. They only print their contact info on the company copy.
