Very frustrating when you place the order, and you are being ignored.If you don’t want my business, just tell me. Don’t make promises after promises and don’t deliver

I was shopping for paint since and trying to find out the prices and the lady helped me but other male employee made a comment that, “if you are not buying then don’t waste our time” I notice there prices are not right and all the stuff is sitting on shelves don’t have no prices at all you have to ask for prices. I feel the employees don’t know customer service and they judge other on based on looks without knowing the customer may be auto body shop owner. Well they lost my business.

Colour matching very poor, the lady mixed the paint to the manufacturers instruction and brought us out a stick to check the colour, we told her it was too light, and she said that she couldn’t change it once it’s been mixed, even though it was still in a pot.She then put it into an aerosol, saying there was nothing she could do. We gave it a go, giving her the benefit that it would dry darker. Now I have a 2 tone car. Paint was way too light. A waste of my money, and also my time.

They are closed, employee walked up to door said call the Corona store

Customer service sucked, lady at the front desk didnt help when I asked questions, color match paint didnt match it was way darker, I definitely wont come back here again
