I came here on a Sunday and had a head unit installed with in a few hours. I love the work came out so clean and sounds amazing does exactly what I wanted connects to my phone wirelessly and all buttons on my steering wheel work. Thank you guys again love it and I’ll be back with my next vehicle in the future.

I had originally taken a Subaru for a stereo installation which I was happy with. Great price and sounded great. I then took another Subaru to have a new system put in. Dennis head set up a list of things they were going to install. I let them know I would be back later on to pick it up. I was able to pick it up before they closed. When checking out the car not everything was installed that we had talked about and a mess of speakers, wires, etc. had been left all over the car. I dont care if something takes time to do. I care that the work wasnt checked before going out the door. I noticed on my way home my heater wasnt working after leaving the shop. Since they were closed I had to drive an hour and a half back out the next day to have one wire quickly attached for my heater to work. Things could have easily been taken care of with a once over from the salesperson before letting it go out the door. Because I had to point out several things and make a second trip I recommend going elsewhere.

Ive been here before. The first time I was here I tried to keep it simple: I just wanted a new radio. The quality of work they do here by far is the best in the area!!! So fast forward to today: I came back because I wanted to add a sub. I cant go elsewhere cuz of the quality of work and loyalty that they have for customers (especially repeat customers). If youre in the area you should try them!!! Wont be disappointed!! Dont know what Ill be getting done next, but Ill be back.

This Guys are awesome. I did my vehicle windows tint with them when my job was in front of their place. Also did some amber lights connection with them and now I just got a complete system for my other car from this guys. Eddy, Dennis and everybody that works in this place are really nice, and treat you as part of their family. I recommend this guys.

Went there to get some door speakers installed and radio fixed and they were fast and knowledgeable and friendly and sold me some great speakers that sound wonderful even gave me a discount and warranty with the service and didnt really try to up sale me or pressure me to buy a bunch of unwanted items which most places will.

Great place to get work done, very reasonable and quick clean work done. I had problems with my Nissan stereo fading out and this was like getting a whole new car. The owner himself charged me $280 at first just to run cables back to my car for a bass speaker that I already have & it had cables already. Just needed a cable to run to my start Engine so that way my bass speaker will turn on/off. I said that’s a joke for $280! As I walked out he called me back and said I’ll give you a discount for $110. They will do everything in their power to lower in you & get your money!!

I was referred to this place by a honest mechanic but unfortunately had the worst experience. I was charged $750.00 for installation of a radio that I found out after is retail $165.00 and as of 2019 is no longer being produced by the manufacturer (Jensen vx7228) I changed my mind about the transaction because the price felt too much but they told me it was too late because they had already taken out my old radio. Though I offered to pay them for the labor, they would not budge. You would think for almost $1000.00 they would have at least did a thorough job but nope, I had to go back and deal with them again that same day because they didnt hook my air conditioner back up which left me driving to Pasadena melting in the heat. The radio doesnt even work well, I had to look up a location on my phone because the GPS gave me every DSW except the closest one! Complete waste of money, probably why they discontinued it! I called around after, every place I called told me no more than $350.00 they would have charged me. I went back a week later and asked them to explain in detail to me how kit, harness, install and radio add up to $750.00 he told me that because of Covid radios cost more ( hmmm the radio was discontinued in 2019) and he told me the installation could be any where up to $200 or more which is weird because their sign says $150, why was my 2010 car being charged more than the average? That still leaves the kit and harness which i found on line for $20-$35. Nothing is detailed on my receipt. Scammers and bullies!

This place is awesome! Today was my first day at the shop. Customer service here is over the top. Dennis was the guy that I dealt with and he was very professional and patient with answering all of my questions and giving me detailed information about the product I was buying. Their selection is massive too! All the staff here are super friendly... even handed me the remote control to the TV to let me look for a baseball game. I came in late afternoon on a Saturday asking them to do a big job for me. they ran out of time but gave me a loaner car to take home overnight so that they can finish the job thoroughly first thing in the morning. I spent a lot of money thinking I would be in and out. They had me waiting a hour in my car. I had to go inside and ask what was going on. They seemed to have forgot about me. Then at the end charged me a additional fee. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE OR MONEY!

I wish I could give negative stars. This place is a joke. Shop here at your own risk. I left this business with more things broke then they installed. You would think that for $500+ installation fee that they would do a professional job......nope. No attempt to clean up after the job, tools left, broke my bezel, cracked the dash, broke a speaker cover that didnt even have a speaker installed to begin with. And on top of all that they offered to replace the dash bezel.......then........never followed up and pretty much blamed me. Just go somewhere else, there are tons of stereo stores.

AMAZING is quite possibly the ONLY way to describe this location, I wasn’t able to find 2 adaptors at 4 previous locations, Advanced Car Stereo found them within 10 minutes AND they charged me an exceptional price for their service, everyone was helpful, every employee was kind and awesome to speak with, if I could rate them 10 stars I would! 10/10 definitely recommend!

This place takes advantage of older people and doesn’t take care of mistakes they make without charging every time you go back for their screw ups. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They charged my husband $200 for doing nothing. Originally we had a security system put in but it had something faulty that kept wearing the battery down. Went back to have them check it and they said we needed a bigger and stronger battery to operate the alarm so we went and got a better battery. It continued to wear the battery down, took it back they charged my husband $200 and said they had disconnected something that was wired wrong but everything would be fine. Well it’s not! Still wears the battery down and AAA said it’s the wiring not the battery. So now I have to pay to have the wiring redone.

They are very pricey. this isnt so bad except after I made my purchase I came the next day to get my new stereo installed. They told me one hour and it took 2 and a half. When I asked what was going on I was just told theyre working on it. I understand it is a process, but when you give a person a time you need to stick to it. Otherwise, give a GOOD answer as to why it is taking longer than the time promised. I was busy that day and the extra time ruined what I needed to do.Update: removed stars due to them using progressive leasing as a payment method instead of the snap credit option they had at the time. I feel as though they did it on purpose because they got paid instantly and progressive is a crappy rent to own service. This way if I had a problem (which I did) they had their money already and I had to deal with progressive instead of them. They also lied to me about the total cost being only 900$. My receipt was 1200$ and they charged me for parts they never used such as a new camera and a antenna for the xm radio. They used the one I already had for something else in my car.

Paid for audio service. Was forgotten for over an hour. They did not have the common professional courtesy whatsoever to let you know an ETA ever at all. At first I was happy because I had a system installed in my car that I just got. Here is my problem. I was financed through West creek. $2500.00 yet looking at whats installed Im not happy. kicker 12s compvr go for about $99 each. I have 2... Sub Box can be easily 60-80 bucks online. My Elite Power amps (I believe are discontinued models) you can only fina available on offer up on 3+ year old listings for 40 bucks for either a elp 1200 or an Elp 600 which is what I have. The Sony head unit Mex N5300BT easily $100 bucks. The 5.25 speakers in front Kickers are $60 bucks depending on the model per pair. Also kicker 6x9 speakers are $100 a pair. So basically about $600 dollars worth of equipment for $2500 bucks. Worse case scenario id either like $2500 worth of equipment, or I will have to contact West Creek to return these items and just spend $600 myself and literally buy the same exact thing in my car. I already have em in my shopping cart on ebay and Amazon. (Update, I will keep adding pictures of the discontinued models installed in my car) Also after replacing the 5.25 with something cheaper and better sounds, Ive noticed they broke the base of my window connector and put some tar like putty to hold it place. I know because before going in I purchased new switches online and installed them. Also I still have the stock tweeters installed, naturally assumed I got the kicker 5.25 speaker tweeter combo. So Ill have to get those wired up somewhere else.

I generally dont write reviews but I do want to warn people. This shop is not only over priced, the time management is non existent. My husband and I were told 2 and a half hours.. to just put Bluetooth into the vehicle. So we walked around to target / best buy and ate across the street, we were about 3 hours. We DID NOT receive a call our vehicle was running behind. We decided to go back to the shop...4 hours later closing time our car is finally done. We were told about every 30 min or so its almost done. No communication whatsoever. If we would have known it would take all day, we would have uberd back home. Also our wires were messed with. Ive never had to turn my volume all the way up to max to listen to music, and now I do. They said they did us a good one by messing with our wires in the back and it sounds worse ..Usually I dont go to places like this because I know there games however my husband was persistent on getting Bluetooth in this day, and wanted to trust them, hes upset he was walked over. Want to give a little credit to a guy who was doing his best to be helpful offering us drinks, that was appreciated being 6 months pregnant!

I was totally amazed by ACS stellar service. I shopped around, read Google Reviews and this was the final stop. Being a female, our knowledge is often under estimated when it comes to car knowledge. I was upgrading my radio in a 2000 Corvette which had a Bose Audio System, requiring a special part. ACS was the only store with great reviews who had the part in stock. They didnt attempt to up-sale any additional items or push me to upgrade my system (1 Star). They matched online prices (2 stars). Immediate appointments were available and I was offered a ride home during installation (3 stars). Eventually, I made the decision to upgrade the entire system in my vehicle, top of the line Hertz, a 5 Channel Amp, a Sub Woofer and New Radio. I was amazed that the installation price remained the same despite all the extras I chose to include. The Kenwood radio bought on eBay didnt compliment the system upgrades, ACS upgraded the Kenwood radio at no additional cost (4 stars). The work was clean, they customized their work to match compartments that were factory built for Bose, they didnt compromise trunk space to add a subwoofer in a convertible. The sound output was simply AMAZING !!! (5 stars) Im an overly satisfied customer.

For about a week we were thinking about putting TV/ DVD player in our SUV. I googled many websites and saw this place online they had great reviews. My husband called and spoke to Dennis. A hour later we showed up to the store it was really clean, we were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. The customer service was exceptional he took his time explaining the dvd monitors, answered all our questions and gave us a great price. I spent about a year looking for a place to install Oracle Halo Rings on my mustang and finally came across these guys. I originally was going to put the halo kit into my old headlights but ended up upgrading to some brand new sets with LED lights along with the halo rings...pretty pricey but worth the look for sure.The labor look a lot longer than expected, over a week, but I’m happy with the results. My car definitely stands out with the halo rings, however, I had to take the car back to the shop the next day after picking it up because my LEDs were flickering. They were quickly ready to get it resolved, and so far no flickering (I think they just needed some time get use to the voltage) but said if it does it again to come back, so they are willing to help out if there are any issues.I ended up having to pay an extra $250 more after I already spent $1400 totaling to $1600+ because of extra labor/parts they said they needed. I wish I would have been told it was going to be another $250 bucks prior to them doing it...instead they just did it and then didn’t even tell me that was happening until AFTER I called them to see if my car was ready yet, which I would expect that if there would be any changes effecting the cost they would have called me themselves. Wasn’t expecting it to be over $200 which is a lot of money after shelling out $1400 already.One thing I really appreciate was the fact that they give you a loaner car at no extra change which is amazing so waiting a bit longer then expected wasn’t a big deal since I had a car to travel to my obligations.Overall, I’m very understanding things happen, and I think they do genuinely want the customers to be happy. A few bumps in the road during the process but I’m very satisfied and happy with the end result.

Went there to get lights on my car to be installed, they quoted me 350 dollars. Twice as much as the lights cost. I said no thanks. I also asked for a quote on a stereo installation for a radio I bought there. That quote was for 450 dollars which was over a hundred more that I paid for the radio. I had the wiring harness and the kit. I found a place that did it for 150.

Pretty chill spot i didnt get any work done just bought off them. they matched prices and offer financing from few companies. Thye are chill and help you out with any questions you have. Only issue is they dont wear masks at all or care if you come in with one so just be careful.

I use to like this place not gonna lie especially when David was there... not gonna say anything bad but I went here on 8-5-20 to get an Android 9in deck put in my RAV 4 simple I also removed the deck to make the job easy because I use to install stereos! I was priced 500 cash just for an install with parts. I called to another shop they priced me 200 out the door with the items needed that’s the module the antenna and the cover for the deck and I been going here for years thought I’d get some kinda love.

I spoke to Chris dude helped me out, he knows what hes talking about honestly not like other stereo shops that Ive ended up at in the past. Im coming here from now onefor sure.

The entire process was worst then buying a house, and is still haunting me. Speakers smoke. Alarm does not work. I’m waiting for the speakers to catch fire. Another shop told me it is a liability for them to work in my truck. They told me it’s best you take your truck to the dealership to get everything back to factory install. Be aware!!!

These guys are awesome! They installed a stereo system in a 94 Chevy I had several years ago. It was so clean installed that when I sold the truck I was able to take everything out and reinstall it in another truck. Took that truck to get a keyless entry alarm installed and gave me a great price and was quick and clean.

Way over priced. Was charged $90 just too look at my radio. Another $80 just too redo a previously wrong installed wire harness. $200 and all I bought was a $25 wire harness. Just crazy.

Well stocked but no prices posted on any items, I dont like it because it seems like they make their own prices when choosing speakers or car stereo, also on installation prices !! Recommend that if you like something Google it first for prices it will give you an idea of what the actual equipment is Worth.

The owner tried to charge me a huge msrp price on some hid lights I had to show him I could get the same for over a hundred dollars less online he did ok by price matching but I felt scammed by labor and had to go back to fix a crossed wire the made right turn surgical not work sigh.

I asked how much is. Car stereo it cost more I get my stereo at Best Buy it’s cheaper . Every time I go there I fill like they what me to buy something & they asked me about Finance and they want my to buy something .

Instead of fixing the problem they said they were going to fix they just mickey mouse some wires and now my car battery keeps dying. Plus they charged me even after I got my system installed here I was told that it would be free the first time for any problems.

I was over charged by $150 and am going in there tomorrow to see what they have to say about this. I will also be notifying the finance company of their unfair business practices. I was also sold head lights made by oracle you can buy on amazon for $69.99 for $170 . the sales person sold them to me knowing they would not be compatible with my car a Mercedes due to canbus system. **BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF**

Go somewhere else. After they started work on an agreed price for my new stereo, they came back while the vehicle was being worked on and charged me more for an aftermarket adapter they said they needed.After leaving I had massive problems with my vehicle. After finally not starting I had to have it towed and worked on by the dealer. Turns out this place wired the stereo into the vehicle wrong because of the missing adapter that they charged me extra for but never ended up installing. They connected the stereo to the wrong circuit which caused a main vehicle fuse to blow. This in turn was causing my vehicle not to start. Had to have it towed to the dealership and after a day of searching they found all the problems back at the stereo connection and no after market adapter I paid for.I would never go to this place again and dont recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the time, money and headache and go somewhere else.1. Lied about initial price and charged for additional parts.2. Lied about installing the additional after market part they said they needed and charged.3. Wired the stereo into the vehicle wrong causing damage and rendering the vehicle inoperable.

Always seems to be fair priced and honest having a problem with back up sensors had to take it to a stereo shop because of aftermarket stereo and what better place then the shop that did the system, they did a full system check and my sensors are bad only charged a little bit and will take it off work when I get replacement parts

Great place, they saved me a lot of money..my antenna XM &AM/FM cables got almost completely severed by trunk lid after clips holding them broke, Dennis got me in there even though it was late. Fixed them at a great price...a few days later something bugged me, (i like my cars to look a certain way) went in on Sunday 12-1-19, spoke to Chris (yo Chris Thanks bro), he said I understand, give 30 minutes and Ill have you outta here. Got my Convertible right in...fixed my issue, and I was on my way. Im totally impressed by their customer service and the quality of their work...Would recommend Advanced Car Stereo to everyone wanting Auto stereo work done. And done right. Thanks again guys..

Its another stereo shop that offers high prices, poor knowledge, and mediocre installs. Do not shop here if you just need equipment. Get it across the street or online for better prices and customer service. If you need an install, shop around first. If you feel like this is the best option, get everything in writing before signing and check everything before paying.

BEWARE! I paid $842 for a car stereo. Before any labor or merchandise was installed I changed my mind. I was told NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES even though no installation, no labor has occurred. That means they are only interested in the sale not the quality of equipment or labor! This is a shoddy operation!!

Went in to get a new stereo for my e39 and the guys there were super helpful, knowledgable, and the install was very clean. The product they gave me was a great price and it looked like it belonged where the OEM stereo and CD player had been. 5 stars, go to Advanced Car Stereo for anything you need, because they offer so much more than just car stereos. And if they dont offer it, they can recommend you to someone that does.

I came into the store because my amp stopped working walking through the door I was qucikly greeted by Chris he asked me what I needed help with and serviced my system fast. Sam was great he showed me demos of other systems I may be interested in the near future kept me busy while I was waiting for my car to be done he was very professional. Kind of pricey

I was referred to this shop by a friend who had a great experience there. I was a little nervous because I dont know much about audio systems and was nervous about my lack of knowledge. I did my research like anyone else as you can find a lot of info online. I called the shop first and spoke to a guy named Dave and he was very helpful, personable and patient. I wanted to make sure when I went in there that he was personally in the shop. He actually remembered me when I came in and he had taken the time to put aside the merchandise that I was inquiring . I was surprised that he took that initiative. After speaking with him for a while and showing me all of the features and finding out what was most important to me in a system, he actually recommended something that better met my needs, had all the bells and whistles that I was looking for and more. But really to my surprise, it was actually less money. When does that EVER happen?? They installed the system right there on the spot and within 2 hours I was back on the road. I rarely treat myself to things like this and it made it all the better that I was in such great hands. I would highly recommend this place. Customer service is a lost art and so is integrity. Make sure you ask for Dave. He is a true professional.

!!!!!!They installed a new radio charged me 1,100 dollars to do it and am not sure if they don’t know how to do the wiring or run cable through a car but I guess they didn’t and decided since they couldn’t find some we’re to put the new usb input that they were just going drill a hole in my car a hole is literally drilled in my right compartment box !!!!!!!!!!!! Am going back they shouldn’t just drill holes in a car

I brought my 99 Honda civic their to check the door locks that were not working. The dealer wanted a lot of money for the fix and advanced stereo did it for less than half the price the dealer was asking for. Decided to get a alarm for it, and was recommended a viper. After the install everyone worked great. I was very happy with the install and also very pleased how they showed me everything how the alarm worked.Thanks again, I would recommend anyone to come their for great prices and excellent customer service.

Ive dealt with these guys multiple times over the years and every time I have been very happy with the service.First experience was when I had them replace the speakers and install a new head unit in my 2002 Prius. They did a stellar job on the install. Im generally very picky to the point that I prefer to do it myself, but the job they did was so good that I have 0 regrets.More recently I was building a couple sub boxes and needed some parts. They had exactly what I needed and helped me sort it out.I highly recommend these guys. They are definitely my go to for car audio needs.

They have the best prices and warranty around. Kevin and Dennis are extremely knowledgeable. We had a navigation system installed. After installation, Dennis showed my husband how to use it. I would definitely recommend this place. Ask for Dennis or Kevin, they will treat you good.
