Went for online pickup. Store seemed pretty clean and organized. Security was helpful but not so welcoming per se . They had shoes in stock other WSS didnt.

Their first come first serve is a joke and so unorganized, currently standing in line and everyone is cutting they had announced pre school and toddler sizes and everyone had got up to go to that line, then when they came out they thought they had the right to go back to the front of the line. In what universe does that even make sense. A suggestion would be to have someone outside guiding the line.

Not enough inventory. They didnt have my size. Went to 3 different stores. One Website said they had 3 pairs, went there and someone there said someone probably stole them. They said Website is not accurate.

This is the first time Ill been here since they open a few years back. It was very nice, mostly everything was clean and organized. And the workers were all busy. They seem that they all get along and there were communicating with each other with respect and that is very professional for me. The only thing that I saw kind of bad, was that I was there for maybe 1 hour or a little more and not one worker ask if I need it help with something. But no biggie, as soon as I ask for help they help me right away. Another thing that I saw was a lot of boxes covering the Emergency Exit. I took a picture of it too so you guys can see. Now, for me this is not ok.

Cashier was rude to me and I forgot my card in my car so I come back and she start to look at the Security Guard who is women but has a stud look styles and smirks at each other. I thought what is so funny about me and forgetting by card. Does this not happen? Plus the receipt does not give me the persons name but a cashier number 014506. I spent 140.00 dollars. No customer services skills. If you are not happy with your job you should leave and I am sorry your life is not a happy one. Don’t take it out on your customers.

Selection beautiful. Guard at the door... a little extreme on the prevention of theft.Tell her to relax .2 customers during Covid... obviously we are buying something.Felt like she was going to Defensive Tackle everyone who finished with the cashiers, as they left the building.

Hi fashion sneakers are so expensive! They dont usually last director of poor quality and theyre not very comfortable. I dont mind paying good money for shoes but I want them to be comfortable and to last. WSS has a great selection lots of in fashion shoes, especially this store. I would recommend this store if youre looking for High Fashion sneakers at a decent price

Really good quality of shoes. I come here once or twice a year to buy shoes for my twin brothers. They really love it. Some shoes are expensive, but all places sell shoes at high prices. What I do is buy half the merchandise, because they give u a discount coupon for the next time u shop. So I come back and do my final shopping and use the coupon.

Was shopping in Montclair, got a stock check in rialto. They told me the wss in rialto closed at 9pm. I paid online for a curb side pick up, got the notification it was ready for pick up. when I got to rialto they werent able to give me my product because they were closed. I got there at 6:46pm, the store closes at 9pm. I wont be wasting my time with wss anymore. Employees are disrespectful and need an attitude check.

The store has a decent selection of shoes when it comes to Brands and colors. Thesaurus kept very clean and organized and the workers there are helpful. besides shoes they have also clothing not a large variety but some clothing sportswear. The only thing I didnt like were the prices on the shoes. it seems like everything is just getting more expensive everywhere before a pair of Adidas Superstars used to cost you $60, now they are up to $80. Overall its not a bad place to shop for shoes. Oh yeah and they have work boots as well.

There wasnt any customer service, I was having trouble trying to find a size for a pair of shoes. There were two employees on the floor and neither of them asked me if I needed help. I finally found the size I was looking for. I went to the counter to pay, the cashier checked the sizes to make sure they were both the same and unfortunately they werent. He asked one of his coworkers to look for the other shoe, she wasnt able to find it until 6 minutes later she figured out that it was the one on display. They wanted to give me the one on display which was dirty and stained from all the customers who have held it before. They could have offered me a discount at least, but that didnt happen. I told the cashier I wanted a refund, so he called his manager. The manager approached me and told me that I had just purchased the shoes, and that why did I want a refund. I told him that they wanted to sell me the dirty shoe on display, and then the cashier said Im not giving you that one thats the one you want. I did not like his sarcasm at all, and the then the manager just chuckled. Awful experience, I would not recommend this place to any one.

Im writing this review in hopes that Store Manager, or higher ups at the WSS Corporate Offices, see this. I called the store this morning searching for a certain shoe. This location did not have it, but NICOLE went out of her way to locate the shoe for me. Amazing Customer Service. NICOLE is defiantly a keeper. She showed Outstanding Customer Service, & is very knowledged in her line of work. You could tell that she loves her job, & went out of her way to make a Very Happy Customer. Finish line was my 1st choice when shopping for shoes, but now WSS is my new 1st choice for sure. Thanks Again NICOLE God Bless You! 🙏🏻😎

Been going to this store for years when I lived in Montclair. They have a wide variety of selections to choose from. The place is well kept and managed. The employees always offer great customer service. Ive been helped by the manager Luis before and I have to say the guy knows his products. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They also sale socks and backpacks. Check the very back of the store for special marked down shoes. They also sale some workout clothes.
