Nice lil setup for sure. Place is very clean ALL the time. Owner always in there telling people hello. Thats how you know he cares about his business. He works the front line with his team. Food is fresh because that fryer always rolling! I know this because I pick up deliveries there all the time. Im a customer too.Thank you!

Surprisingly? Chesters Chicken compares easily with establishments of similar fare. But I think distinguishes itself by offering; fresh made sandwiches; hot, hearty and savory foot-longs; u will probably not find anywhere else! And their Ice Cream is; as good in quality; as anything u might find at the Thrifty Ice Cream counter. I like it!:^)

The food tasted like it hated me, so i ate with vengeance. Also a tender combo does not come with a sauce. You must buy it separately and it came expired. But the wedges were delicious!

As a former Trucker I got to put this out there at Various Truck stops across America this place is Notoriously Good so when I seen this one is now the closest to LA beside Barstow or the Norcal ones,,, this Chicken (Breast Pieces) at this one is always undercooked it has a wet moist taste always that is Nothing like the Fellow Chesters everywhere,,, the staff is Very polite and attentive but that Scenario AINT gonna make the chicken taste better,,, hopefully cooperate professionals panel of Experts go in and get it Rite,,,Ive since been back to this place and its Authenticity matches its fellow restaurants very good,, Only bad thing this current pandemic dont allow me or anyone eat in its dining tables ahhhh but one day it will go back to normal 😔

It was my first time trying Chesters Chicken so I was a bit uneasy about what to order. However there was this really helpful and friendly girl there, Perla, she made it easy for me to order. I go in regularly to order chicken and ice cream. Sometimes it gets really busy but when Perla is there she makes sure to quickly take your order and get your food. The pies are also great there.

I wen to pick up an order and the staff was very disorganized. They made me wait 40 minutes for my order.

The chicken is very you eat it right way. When you save for late, well that another story. The people that work there ate really nice the place is clean and smiles good.

Great food n fast

Placed order through DoorDash. Got 3 pc white meal and 3 pc dark meal. The salt content is unbelievably high. Within 5 mins I started to swell from water retention. The meat (breast) itself was rubbery and didn’t even resemble chicken meat. I could barely force myself to eat 1/4 of the breast. The potato wedges were also very salty but were barely at room temperature and stale as if they’ve been sitting out overnight. I didn’t even finish 1 potato wedge. Absolutely the worst fast food I’ve ever had.

The chicken is DELICIOUS! Juicy, crunchy, not greasy and big pieces. Sides are good too. They have the thick wedge fries that come with the meal. Coleslaw is really good. Even the desserts are enjoyable. But the chicken oh yeah super yummy. Picky kids love it too.Services: very friendly workers, very attentive to what they’re doing so it seems like they’re “slow” but they’re making sure they get the order right. Thanks Guys!!

At this location I had the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Not only was the food fresh and delicious, the location was clean and the staff was very friendly. I topped it off with some Thriftys ice cream which reminded me of my childhood in San Gabriel. God bless.

Chicken is amazing but the sides left a bit to be desired. The cole slaw had way too much pepper (it was uneatable)w & the potatoes wedges were overcooked. Service was fast & courteous. Overall the chicken alone makes it worth a visit.

New chicken joint at the gas station. Service was quick. Family owned. You get a good amount of food with sides but they should cook less chicken at a time since the chicken stays on a heated lamp area vs being cooked to order, that way I get a bit more freshness from it.Great potential. Will come back.

Very fast service, amazing chicken strips all fresh an the cashier who was making my order was very quick an an sweet always with a smile on her face. i think her name is perla she work on the evenings she amazing i always go there because of her great personality an great costumer service. definently i recommend to go when shes working, you wont regenerate

The thrifty’s is so amazing! not only can i get just a scoop of ice cream but i can also get a sundae, of course, a milkshake, and even a smoothie with ice cream inside! i’m DEFINITELY going to recommend this to everyone i know!

Came here to buy 2 chicken sandwiches at 5:50 pm today. Id like to start by mentioning Im glad they have a sign to wear a mask before you enter. The cashier made two sandwiches, I politely asked her for extra sauce since she really did not spread enough. She asked I buy additional sauce at 25 cents. I asked were is the sauce? she replied WE DONT SELL THE SANDWICH SAUCE. She refused to add sauce and she wasnt wearing a mask. Rude all around.

I love the chicken at this place the sides are delicious my favorite is the coleslaw it’s sweet & tangy so creamy The service was fast I loved everything about my visit

Chesters chicken is...... a must have! Tenderness and crispy, with a savory flavor to every bite. I have had the chicken tenders 10 pc. For $10 mac n cheese, and 2 fried corn on the cobb. I can clearly say that it has become one of my favorite places for fried chicken. If popeys, kfc, and churches went out of business, meh.... but I truly hope Chesters is here to stay. The ONLY thing I did not like was the coleslaw. It had too much mayonnaise, but that is probably a preference thing. The girls working there are not only attentive, but polite, and professional in the food industry. Very clean work areas and I felt safe taking food to accommodate my family during this recent pandemic situation. As long as this place remains open i can say I will be there at least every other week to try something new. (I would like to try the gizzards) .Thank you Chesters chicken. Im also glad you have thrifty Ice cream and can make my dinner AND dessert!

Service was very slow and I was understanding since they just opened but they forgot part of my order, not really sure how that happened they took a long time to get the food.
