Did not enjoy my pick up experience. Cashier skipped me in line and when it was finally my turn she left without any acknowledgement. It wasnt until another cashier noticed me, then I was able to be serviced. Great service from the second individual. 50/50 on great service so 3/5.

Went in today to try and open my credit and the employee who was helping me literally just said “90% of people don’t get approved” and didnt even offer to try to see what would happen if i tried to open my credit. I just walked out. No effort whatsoever.

What can I say? Order online and pick up from store in an hour. Quick in and out, the guy handing out the goods even offered to fetch me a cart for my air fryer but Im a G so I carried it myself!

They have this weird system where you have to put your name on a queue in order to get help, only they dont tell you that until you ask for help. Then you have to go back to the person at the Entrance to do this, then go back to the department and wait in line. This is the only Best Buy that does this. Smh. Who thought this makes 1. Any sense 2. A good customer experience?They also did not have what I was looking for although best buy online said they did. Inventory system is NOT accurate.Such a waste of time.

Great place to go for all your electronic devices needs. Very helpful staff. In fact, they are so helpful that from the entrance to the store the staff will help you and let you know where to go in the store to find whatever it is that you are searching for. Two thumbs up! 👍👍
If I could give negative stars for this I would. I find it hard to believe that you CANNOT DIRECTLY CALL THE Store LOCATION. Why have a number listed at all if it only goes to agents? This cannot be the way a company functions where they do not directly call each store location to even talk to managers.

Today 8/29/21 at approximately 2:30 pm I had a terrible experience trying to return a garage door opener at Best Buy’s in Montebello, the manager “Fred” said that I couldn’t return the garage door opener because it was two weeks had passed and as I had previously mentioned to Fred that my son bought it for me for my birthday and could not bring it to me due to him having Covid-19. He said that he would make an exception however I would have to exchange it for something else today, I was very upset that he only gave me till today to exchange it. Be careful with Best Buy policy they don’t seem to care they just want to make the sale.

This place needs to figure out how to adjust to help people. I came in and got on the waitlist, twenty minutes go by and I go check my place in line. They said I am 8th but when I came in I was 6th. Highly advise that if you are coming to do a pick up in car. Even if you are trying to buy items that are inventory they will make you wait
I always find what I want I often choose best buy over Amazon prices are similar or even better on bestbuy and you get things right away you dont have to wait two or 3 days

When in today to spend money and look and was stopped at door to see what I wanted and why? Didnt know this was communist best buy. When asked to speak to manager about that I got introduced to home theater supervisor. Best buy is not what they used to be. They really suck.
I went to buy a Google Chromecast but they stopped me at the door to ask what I was doing thought it was weird since everything is fully opened now. Anyway the employees were helpful and found what I needed.

She moves a bit slow after some medical issues, but she is sharp as a tack and witty to match. Geo was so helpful and friendly! He chatted with both of us and was so sweet, all the while working efficiently and professionally. He kept the line moving, yet we weren’t rushed at all. Thank you for keeping a smile on our faces that day, Geo!Since we were already in the store, I decided we needed to get my mom’s new phone a screen protector to prevent scratches and cracks. Geo pointed us in the right direction and we met Lexi. I must say how happy we were with Lexi’s positive, upbeat, professional attitude. Went to this bestbuy location today to buy a TV, I gave the associate the product number and sku, the associate brought out my TV with a sound bar to my car, when I got home paid to have my TV mounted and fully set up, I examine my receipt and realize I was given and charged the wrong TV. After an hour of calling and being put on hold customer service picks and gives me the specs on both the tvs and also gives me an extension number to the store, after speaking to the store associate in the front of the store he communicated between, me and the manager Frank which I had to insist to speak to personally. Once Frank was on the phone he spoke to me in a very condensending tone and took no accountability for the mistake. I am very disappointed in how Frank handled this situation. I will no longer give this location my business, If this can happen to me it can happen to anyone. Now I must miss a day of work to resolve this issue 😒
We visited BestBuy twice within 2 months; we were surprised that many of their car stereos were not in stock. Today, I went in to look for dvd, again surprised not a great range to choose from, sad.
Typical Best buy but due to Covid they have very small supplies on hand. They also do temperature checks before entering.

Curbside pick-up doesnt work here. Ive waited more than 2 hours for curbside pick-up then they told me to get on the line for store pick-up. They have plenty of part timers but they just dont know how to manage them. Ive been to two other Best Buy branches in this week but this is the only branch carring items by hand instead using a cart. Use your damn cart!!! then single dude can take care of each aisle instead hop around here and there. Never coming back here for sure. Photo only shows half of the line. I guess this branch manager doesnt know what Curbside Pick-up is.
They have you go on a long virtual list and tell you through text when they are ready to assist you if you are shopping for a large item, but if you just pick something up you can simply go to the checkout
They really listen to me and really wanted to help me. Excellent customer service.

My family and I went to this location for an appointment at the Geek Squad. That service was good, not great, but good. We went walking into the store and went to where they had the iPads to test the pencil. Since we have a Pro v2 it’s only compatible with the v1 pencil. The pencil was dead, I saw one sitting where the cables come out from. I grabbed it and the alarm went off. A rep came by and turned the alarm off. The alarm went on again and he turned it off again. Not once did he ask if we needed help even though I told him that the pencil was dead so we couldn’t test it out. No other pencils were there other than the newest one. He could have been more helpful but he wasn’t. That’s why I only give this 4 out of 5.

Came in to buy a laptop. Security guy asked me to give him a phone number so he could put me on the waiting list for help. Waited 30 minutes, turned out I was serviced last, even thou people came after me got help before me. The lady finally hepled me. She said they have what I was looking for, she told me to wait while she getting it. I waited 10 minutes, she came back and told me the laptop was sold. Came and waited 40 minutes for nothing. Worse, employees did not look friendly at all.
Sales Rep from HP didnt know basic questions to a printer. He was trying to sell me a higher priced printer even though I told him I was on a budget. Hewlett-packard needs to have better salesmen!
I would give this a perfect 5 out of 5 if they had a more organized entrance. If you wanted to return, buy, or pick up something it was all on the same line. It was very disorganized. Although the workers inside were helpful with questions that I had.
Horrible service. I purchased a fridge and I received it without wheels. They tried giving me two pieces of wood and asked me to figure it out. Then when i call to get the new fridge. I wasted an two hours of my time trying to get a new fridge. Do not go to this Best buy. Horrible service

I would give them negative stars if I could!!! I had the worst experience here!!! I ordered a real nice refrigerator and was super excited to get it. It was scheduled to be delivered on 12/5. I asked for the day off at work went to buy my groceries early in the morning as the delivery was scheduled between 7am and 1pm. I waited and waited the fridge never came!!!! I called the store and was on hold for almost one hour!!! Edgar said he wasnt sure what happened but that he would call me next day at 11:30 am. He didnt call!! I called the store at 12pm and was on hold for another hour!!! When someone finally answered she said I had to call appliances abs she didnt want to transfer me!! I decided to stop by the store only to find out they wont have the refrigerator available until January 24!!!!! I canceled the order!!! You cant deceived customers like that!!!! Let ME the one to decide if I want to wait more than a month for a refrigerator!!!!! I will never go back!!! They were so unprofessional!!! They could of called to let me know!!! I had to go to the store personally and waste my time!!!!

We never expected a membership fee because when we use to buy all our computers that membership wasn’t included it.. they haven’t even refunded me my money yet of the membership ...I’m gonna have one month waiting.. don’t buy at Best Buy they stealing your money 😡

Ordered online for in store pick-up. Customer service was fast and professional at time of pick-up.
The installation for my dish washing machine was poorly done as instructed by my plumber. Basically, the line was set up so the dirty water goes toward the sink rather than the actually drained waterline. Whomever planned to use Best Buys 3rd party installation services, make sure they are good with their task before paying them.
