I used the speaker no more than 4 times. When trying to use it the last time, the speaker wouldnt turn on after being fully charged. I plugged into the wall and it turned on but then smoke began to come of of the speaker. Called customer service but said nothing called be done with out a receipt. Horrible product with horrible customer service. Wouldnt reccomend this product to anyone.

I dont think much of their customer support no one answers their phones! I have been calling for two days.
