The cashier was very helpful not like the ones at the rosemead auto zone they have an bad attitude soon they wont have customers and will cut back on employees and shut that one down

The clerks were super positive as the customers were the ones being really rude. Still kept calm and explained things with my old battery they had a good price and warranty on a new one so i took it. Super calm and helpful to all of us.

I had a bad, bad experience at Garmar Plaza Autozone. I went to exchange one part and when I was talking to the employee, the supervisor told him to to kick me out and that supervisor started showing me the middle finger infront or the customers and telling me too many bad words. I was really mad and I told him to respect the customers and talk to me outside. He never stopped insulting me until another employee came to help me and the first employee I was talking to told me that you have to go to where you bought it (130 miles away) that employee was another supervisor. Please do something and do it on time. It happened may 23rd around 1:00pm.

I called early in the day about batteries and talked to Menny. I came in later and he was beyond helpful. Tested my battery to make sure I’m not wasting money and needed the replacement. He helped me select the new battery and even helped me install it. I haven’t had this good of a retail experience in months. Couldn’t recommend Menny any more. Thanks so much!

The team here is good, now what I do not understand is why they have Ruby or Roby answering the phones. She cant understand English very well and she sure cant speak it. I dont want to sound rude but honestly this makes no sense the whole point of calling is to communicate so if you can not whats the point of answering a phone where the primary language is English?

If you value your time and money do not go here. Last year October I bought a new alternator which died on me, swapped it out under the impression that they did a warranty swap. Little to my knowledge whoever handled my transaction that day refunded me, which I received no money for the core nor the alternator itself. On that transaction I did get an alternator given to me, as I said under the impression it was through warranty. This year,that one gave out on Friday, which led me to attempt to do another warranty swap Saturday, had a manager help me out, but told me he would call me for my parts, which he never did. Come Sunday I go for my parts, the late night staff said they couldn’t give me the alternator, either wait till morning (when I am in school) or buy a new one then and there. I bought one as I was in a time crunch to get my car fixed, I had to take time off work to come and deal with these guys! They said come in the next business day and they would give me a refund and my other purchase would still be fine. I go in on Monday, they couldn’t help me again, Tuesday I come and finally I get a refund, but store manager basically said tough sh** he couldn’t do anything with my October purchase even though it was a fault on their end. I was refunded for my Sunday purchase but now I am now without warranty. Staff needs to be retrained, they even lost my receipt on Monday! The receipt I handed them 5 minutes before we discussed the issue. I lost money from taking time off work, and for the alternator I bought last October, I will not be going back.

This place has great people! Ill come in when there is no line and they will take a lot of time just to help you. And they know how to keep a line moving too because Ive been there when there are 8 people waiting in the small store and it still goes by quickly! The only thing I dont like is sometimes the same part youre looking for will come up with a different part number so sometimes they might say no but if you look on the sales floor... It will be there lol

Dont go to the AutoZone on Whittier and Wilcox. I ordered a part & they gave me the WRONG PART & TOOK IT TO THE GARAGE TO HAVE IT PUT ON & HAD TO HAVE THE GARAGE GET THE NEW ONE & AUTOZONE GAVE ME PROBLEMS ON REIMBURSING ME ON THERE MISTAKE????

I go to Auto Zone very often. It just seems to me that the customer service especially the one I go too SUCKS!!! Its just seems like they dont like their jobs. Not once did I get asked EXCUSE ME, DO U NEED HELP?🤔and mind u, I go very often now that I have a car. The workers at the cashier were having a loud conversation using foul Language and cussing while Im in front of them paying. I know its an auto parts store, but come on..lol..BAD SERVICE SINCE DAY 1 that Ive been going to the one on Whittier Bl and Concourse in MTB/ELA, The 2 A.Zones in the City of Whittier on Whittier Bl have a little more class, just saying🙄Not alll employees are like the once Ive encountered, clean store tho🤗

No good the employer

My wife went to auto zone to by some oil for oue truck. We just neened two quarts of oil in the truck. The worker checked the oil and seen no oil on the dip stick. So he told her she neend oil and sold her 5 quart gtx and put the whole 5 quarts of oil. Now I have to much oil and have to take some out. Now I have to miss work amd take my truck to a auto service shop to remove it.$? What can I do?Update* I went back and they corrected the problem. They also refunded me my money back. Thanks to the manager and counter staff for their help
