Was very hard to find someone to help me. This place is so packed but ran into Cynthia from benefit brow bar. She was so helpful! She gave me some great makeup tips! She practically transformed my face. Bought and loved every product she put on my face. I recommend her if you want your makeup done. She is an expert with the brows as well!

Got my brows done at the Benefit Brow Bar. Always go there & have Cynthia do them. She is he best. She has really shaped them up. They look great!

Never have I ever came across such terrible service. I had purchased the milk foundation and concealer. Turns out it was the wrong color for both, the concealer was half way empty with a broken top and the foundation as well . Second time around the exact same thing so when I tried returning it i was accused of trying to return half an empty concealer and foundation . I tried explaining to the lady what had happened but she completely stuck to her story of “ sorry it’s empty I can’t take it “ my advice to whom ever is planning to purchase something from this location is check your products before purchasing them.

Natasha was amazing!! Was very polite, helpful and gave great tips. If you need help look for her, she will definitely make you feel comfortable.

I’m upset because I’m a regular customer at Sephora. I had previously looked up the hours to know at what time they closed before showing up. It said Sephora in Montebello Town Center closes at 10 I arrived there a little after 9 because I work 2 jobs and they were completely closed.I’m not sure if the posted hours are wrong online or they closed sooner than they should. I never complain about anything I’m not the type to call or leave reviews but this actually really upset me.PLEASE EDIT YOUR HOURS POSTED ONLINEIt was a complete waste of my time driving to Montebello from Boyle Heights.Thank you for your time.

Horrible customer service. I literally was 30 minutes asking for assistance and no one even acknowledged me. When finally one did I asked her if she could recommend a brand and match my color and she responded oh just try multipleand walked away. DO NOT VISIT THIS SEPHORA AT ALL. DO NOT RECOMMEND SEPHORA IN THE MONTEBELLO MALL.

Didn’t even acknowledge me and they didn’t even want to take the time to find my color. This guy who has blonde hair worker there. I asked him more than once for help and I got excuses or ignored. He seemed like he didn’t like me he just gave me looks. Not coming back here again I never once had this problem in Sephora’s until I went to this one

Omg alot of these reviews are like about 6 months to a year old, they have NEW cast members now !!! and all of them are great, I ran into Michelle she has platinum hair she was amazing, gave me the best customer service, went above and beyond, she matched me to the Fenty foundation perfectly, and plus gave me good samples of her favorite exfoliant Peter Thomas Roth pumpkin Enzyme, she is on her game when it comes to Makeup, Skin care and even fragrances. Ask for Michelle!!!

Come here for racial profiling, by other poc. Smh. I was even accused of trying to return a Jack Black free birthday set. Definitely a humiliating situation! Will never return to this store nor would I suggest it to anyone else! Take your money else where!

Ive always had bad experiences here. This is my closest Sephora so Ive been there multiple times and not one person has been likable. Theyre always rude. I asked one lady for help, politely, and she basically put me on hold until she was mentally ready to talk to me. And when Make up artists call out Montebello Sephora on their instagram, you know people arent going to come back here. I rather drive to downtown Disney than the 1 mile distance from my house to montebello mall.

This sephora dont even deserve a one star! I wasnt even acknowledged at all. And were very rude. So i went over to MAC and spent my money there. I wanted to try new things so thats why i wanted to try sephora but i wouldnt rather just spend my money at MAC were the good customer service is. I definitely wont ever shop at sephora

Cashiers were too busy talking about how they hated a girl and didnt want to clock out by where she was at....seriously? I was trying to give you my money!

Made an appointment today which was a Monday showed up late as soon as I got there I wasn’t even acknowledge nor ask if I needed help I had to stand in line and let them know I was here for an appointment I was late then they told they can’t see me then asked me to step aside then started talking out loud in front of me then I guess she was a manager she was like we can do what ever time we have left for your appointment I was like nope I’m not going to spend money here I’ll go else where walked out called ULTA got my make up done and was treated like a customer and spent my money there
