Nice got to try on dresses a little small

Last year requested a dress to be made in a short amount of time. I asked if they were able to do it (8 days before function). They stated no problem. I was fitted and paid the down payment of $125. I asked for the dress to be completed by Tuesday evening, my event was the next day. Once again I got no problem. I had already had my final fitting 3 days after my initial one. 4 Days go by and no call. I called them the Monday before my event asking if my dress was ready. She told me my dress would not be ready until Thursday, which is a day after my event. I was very upset and confused, my contract had the pick up date of Tuesday and they stated that on their paper it read Thursday. The owner also stated that because I didnt call everyday to remind them it was my fault. The owner would not give me my down payment back. So I was out $125 and had to buy a dress at the mall very last minute.I would NOT recommend this place.

If I explained everything that went wrong in my experience with this place I’d have to write a long paragraph review. Save yourself a headache and stay away from this place. You will regret dealing with the lady owner, she came off as a nicel lady but was totally different at the end. Simply find another place.

If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. Cant say enough bad things about this boutique. My GF was part of a bridal party and the bride decided to use this place, we left a 100 deposit for the dress that was supposed to be made using material that the bride had bought and provided. Due to circumstances out of everybodys control, the wedding was postponed to a year later. All this seamstress did was take measurements and nothing else and yet she refused to refund the 100$ deposit for a severely overpriced dress that she never even made or ordered. She refused to understand that she had ni right to keep the money and had the nerve to say that it didnt matter that she didnt make a dress. Be weary of this place, they have a mediocre selection of mostly outdated suits and dresses from a nightmarish 80s prom. The only reason we ever walked into this place was because it was the brides decision and would warn anybody to go anywhere else but here, this place is a joke.
