DEAN IS THE MAN. I love the QUALITY of work that they provide. The awesome communication skills that they have are OUTSTANDING. Whenever I’m doing last minute changes to my design they always make it happen without hesitation. They always seem to bring my thoughts into a reality. Safe to say that I will be coming back to AGNS Screen Printing. I was having so much trouble finding great customer service throughout my city to the point where I had given up trying to find a place that offers printing services and is responsive. I sent emails, made phone calls, visited locations, and I still had no replies. I found AGNS Screen Printing on Instagram and sent them an email on what I needed for my plumbing business and Dean replied quickly and was able to help me out with the job I needed done. My first time ordering with this company, and at first based off the reviews I didn’t want to try but I made my order with them. The quality of the clothes were great. The turn around was great, but the only downside was the lack of communication. Other than that I will continue to order with them.

Very mediocre work. Overpriced. Never on time and unprofessional. I had to bag my own tees when I got there and majority of my shirts were printed crooked and off centered. Also had to bring my shirts back because they weren’t cured properly. Last time I do business here.

Very surprising to see these reviews. My experience was extremely easy. I called and ordered the shirts by phone. Dean texted me a design within 10 minutes, invoiced me through email and i paid with my card over text message. I picked up that same day and have never received this level of service from any company. I would give them 10 stars if i could.

Thank you AGNS. The print was clean and the shirts came folded and packaged, starting my clothing line up has been tough but they definitely made up for it this time around and made my life much easier. Next review will be 5 stars if they happen to do another good job on my next order.

I have ordered from this company a year ago which the transaction went smoothly. This time has been a nightmare. I’ve been waiting for 2 months for my order and have not received anything. Please do not be tricked by this company and take your money else where. At this point I feel like they stole my money and are buying time for me to forget about it. I am looking at what way I can get my money back because I feel like I’m a hostage for my order or money being returned.

Where do I start? I found this company through a friend, but Im guessing this friend has never full went through with a order. And they only recommended them base off of location. Initially everything seemed to go well, we started our conversation about what I need and what I was looking for over Instagram DMs. Being that he seemed very knowledgeable in what we were needing & wanting we move forward with placing a order after providing pictures & detail text about what the desire outcome for our shirts would be. We where asked to pay a deposit which seemed fair, and said upon completion to send the finally payment. My bf was in conversation with him via email during the payment stages, I asked my bf if he had seen a sample before making a payment and he stated no. Rather then get upset with my bf I asked him to request a picture. He emailed them and no reply, prior to receiving our money the email replies were rapid and consistent. I made serveral phones call and finally got someone on the phone who emailed a tracking number saying my order was shipped. (I now believe that tracking number to be fake after reading other reviews) when I put the tracking number in it stated that there was no information available. I have called, email, and DM to no avail. My next order of action is trying to go about obtaining a refund.Do not give this man your money save your time.

I wish I could give him a thousand negative stars. The first order I placed with him were 15 silkscreened illustrations. There was no problem there..although I had major issues with him when I ordered some shirts to be made. First I has written a detailed email on how i wanted the shirts to be made and he just skipped the description and asked how many shirts and what design?..It took 12 emails back and forth to get him to understand what I wanted and even then it wasnt clear enough. So I drove down to the shop to physically explain what i wanted. He told me he could have them made in 3-4 days . I waited for a week and two days...The day he said i could pick them up he told me until 10 pm. Then he needed an hour more. after the hour he said he had just barely burned the screens for my shirts. So I had to come back the next morning were he promised me they would be ready..only to tell me he needed 10 more minutes...which turned to another hour. I asked for a discount for the delay on my order, only to be told that I was insulting them for the help and that It was a favor rather than an actual order.That I did not understand and appreciate their service.Honestly there is time management skills to be learned at this company as well as common curtesy .

Terrible. We ordered 3 color tees same design with this company. They were behind on shipping by almost a week, so we notified them. Once they replied, they said they will compensate us for our troubles by giving us some hoodies as well. We accepted. Well the order came in, and they replaced black tees (one of the colors we requested) with black hoodies. They included only one black tee in the box, and it didnt even have a neck tag print as it was supposed to. Not pleased. They seem like honest people up front, but it doesnt continue forward in the same manner once you pay.

This has to be the worst company I have every used. I ordered from them the first time. Dean (the manager) promised a two week turnaround. It ended up being a little over a month. He gave me a discount the second time and PROMISED a two week turnaround. Dean has given me fake tracking numbers, told me my item would ship out that day at least 10 different times throughout the two months, each time being a lie. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Easily the worst customer service I have ever received.

I thought this place was going to be great to be partnering up with my clothing brand, turns out they took 2 months for an order of 50 shirts to be delivered at my door... I emailed them numierous times and theyve reached out to me saying they shipped the shirts already but when a week goes by I give them a call asking about my order. they were saying it was still at the warehouse in a box sitting there. So I was confused, because they told me they shipped it already a week ago. Ive recieved emails saying “we apologize for the confusion well be sending you out stickers & a partial refund” Ive never recieved those stickers and the refund... Once I got the packaged deliverd to my house a week goes by and I have a invoice from fedex saying ill have to pay to pay for shipping again but I already paid the company for shipping & it was a hastle to get that bill cleared out of my name. This is a horrible buisness I dont reccomend anyone going there.

Horrible Service .Terrible in both the matter of customer service as well as turn around time .I wouldnt mind waiting long amounts of time, if the original estimated time they gave me was correct. However sadly they will not .This is the second order I have placed with AGNS and the second time I have been disappointed. I was originally told on my current order a turn around time of 2-3 weeks .It has been 4 going on 5 and still have not recieved them. Actually according to them they shouldve been here two weeks ago on Monday, then when they didnt show up the told me by last weekend. Then whe they didnt show up again they said by Friday they would arrive. Well its Saturday and where are they ? Probably not even made yet because this is THE MOST LAGGY printing company you can order from .Yes their work is good when it finally comes, but there are hundreds of other companies that will do that same quality work in half, if not a quarter of the time.

AGNS Printing has always been able to provide me quality work, in a great time, at a reasonable price. I have been coming here for the past 4 years using service such as screen printing, posters, and business cards.

Beware! This company has super low prices but horrible customer service. I had a horrible experience with them during the last year. I spent more than $350 at Agns screen printing and still havent received my order of 50 hoodies, which was paid for on Dec. 5 2015.My first order with Agns was for 25 tshirts, which arrived late and printed incorrectly. When I called to speak with Dean about the error he asked me if I would keep the misprinted shirts in trade for a discount on another order. i figured everyone makes mistakes and I wanted to give Desn another chance. So I chose to visit a local print commonly to fix his mistake and decided to take his offer for a discounted order. I immediately placed an order for 50 hoodies. He told me that if I paid for these hoodies right away. He could go purchase the materials to print the hoodies before Christmas. I paid on for the hoodies that day on Dec. 5th 2015 and Dean said he would get the materials & have the finished hoodies shipped to me by Christmas. After Christmas, I began to message Dean to ask questions about my order to see when it would be delivered. He wasnt responding to my messages and when he did he would lie to me every time. He told me At least 5 different times that my hoodies were currently being printed and would ship the that next day. He continued to give me lies for almost 3 months. Its now Feb. 20, 2016 and I still havent received a single hoodie from Dean and now I havent heard back from him in weeks. Im still waiting for him to contact me to make this right.
