This store is huge. Has furniture nicely displayed. But everything else is a hot mess. You cant get the prices to items cuz everything is everywhere or tagged wrong especially in the clearance aisles as if they just throw whatever they dont want to put back in there and the only way you find out is at checkout. The register kept freezing so I was moved to the next one over. But it did have a big selection of items.

They take too long to check you out . One checker, a long line. Another checker doing go backs, or something. No concerns to help other checker. Looks like no supervision or management at all.

It was very disappointing to stop by this store!! I walked in to buy something for my GRANDSON and I was left standing there by 2 store workers and one even looked to be the MANAGER!! They didnt even asked if I needed help said Ill be back!! Nothing!! I will never go back to the MONTEBELLO BIG LOTS!! 😡😡😡

I went to purchase a paper towel holder and I was surprised and very happy to see that they had four different styles. The only problem I did experienced was the staff were so busy restocking the shelves they never look up to offer assistance or just to greet you. I can say that I didnt purchase a certain item because I didnt want to bother the employee work. I actually went back twice. Other than that I was happy with the store.

Could not found any shopping basket in the store. At check out, found them all stacked up by the exit door. Had my $5 off $15 coupon on my phone. Cashuer not able to scan it. She could not manually enter the numbers either 😡

WTH happened to this place.. it has gotten extremely expensive now.. they charge over $200 for Christmas trees when I got my tree at Home Depot with the stand for $59 and some change.. my tree is a 6 ft ferguson.. I think the pandemic went to their heads 🤷💯.. Roving Reporter Out...

The prices are nice. Plenty of parking and a nice open space for shopping. They have a display of furniture so you can also sit down and relax while you shop. They have a few unique items on the cheap so definitely worth looking into.Most convenient of all though is that its right next to the movie theater. So you can grab your candy/snacks (all of which are pretty cheap)from here and then sneak them into the theater.

My first time shopping at this store. Store is very well organized. Lots of furniture very nice layout. Very good prices on everything. My daughter took me to buy a certain type of peanuts brand. Hampton Farms peanuts unsalted. My daughter and me we could not find them and Ms. Teresa helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was very nice and excellent customer service. Thank you Teresa for helping me find the peanuts I went to other big lots and they did not have any. I highly recommend all my friends and family to shop BigLots. Other than name brand grocery items, I found the store stocked with off-brand and lower-grade merchandise at inflated prices. I shop a lot at Walmart online and have it delivered free ($35 minimum order) and I find their selection and pricing far better than Big Lots.

Great prices and very big location however i cant help but feel like other big lots stores have more items to offer.

I understand its a kind of a new store, but the customer service was really bad. Not even a lead member knows the process of how to redeem a discount cupon on a lease to purchase furniture, and it leaves it up to the customer to get the lease time adjusted, instead of taking a little more time with their customers and do it, just like any other locations.

I had been avoiding this place since it opened thinking it was gonna be crowded but I went today & it was pretty empty...might have to do with the shopping center being pretty dead its just Big Lots & Petco it looked like a ghost town...all I was looking for was a plant rack & I found one it was a bakers style for $69 & its about 62 thats a bargain Walmart & amazon have em for alot more

Its fairly new, but hopefully in a few years it wont end up ghetto like ... Hopefully the staff that works there understand that to keep a functioning place it all depends on great customer service . Shopping places are becoming scarce because of the internet, so lets keep the people that shop there happy and wanting to come back. I support brick and mortar shopping places.
