Great quality of products. I purchased their 4x8 shed and couldnt be happier with it. Their customer service was top of the line. They made it extremely easy for me to find the right product for my backyard. In addition to the shed I also was able to outfit my entire garage with their furniture products! I keep getting compliments about it. I look forward to purchasing more from them in the future.
Im in Calgary Canada and bought two Duramax sheds 18 months ago. Two of my hinges broke, possibly the Calgary weather. The customer service displayed by CS rep Felipe more then made up for the hinge quality. He is shipping me the hinges. Great job Felipe.
Terrible customer service. I ordered replacement parts that took almost 2 months to get and when received, they were the totally wrong parts! Not even close to what I ordered. Upon requesting a refund, it has taken almost a month and no refund yet. If you are looking for good service for repairs after your purchase a shed, look elsewhere!
I hope the shed is as good as the reviews say it is, because it sure has been hard to get. In stock when I ordered, out of stock when they went to process the order and ship the following business day. Its difficult to get anyone on the phone and it seems they have trouble keeping enough inventory for the demand. The lead time is long from the Middle East where theyre manufactured, 60 days just for shipping to the US. There are warehouses in NJ and CA and they will only ship from the closest warehouse, regardless of inventory. I will revise when I have received the shed and assembled it.
I had a Duramax fence installed at my house and after some wind damage reached out to the installation company, California Fence, to get it fixed but they kept giving me the run around. So I reached out to Duramax directly to see if they could help.I reached Elisa and at first she was very helpful. She said they would cover the cost of the replacement post even though this was unusual damage and that she would reach out to California Fence to facilitate the repair.She had difficulty getting a hold of someone at California Fence and then just stopped responding completely to me for an update without any explanation.So disappointed that this is how they handle their customer service.If you do not plan to repair the fence then be honest and tell me, but do not tell a customer you will replace the part and then just fail to follow through or at least provide an update or explanation.This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received and I am surprised that a company would operate in this manner.
Customer service with this company sucks! They also miss label their products. Package will say 10ft by 8ft and if you call to question why your shed doesnt fit your 10 ft slab they will tell you that you needed to open the package at the store to see the exact dimensions which are listed on the instructions inside said box! Do not trust their packaging! You will have to be sure to open the boxes and find the instructions to see the real dimensions of the product. this company sucks all around stay away!
