We hadnt been here in a while since covid, but felt really comfortable with all there protocols dealing with covid and how they kept people inside to a minimum and had sanitizer every where...

Very happy with the safety measures put in place to protect against covid. Social distancing is reinforced, capacity limited are set and followed. I felt safe and the space was clean. Employees were not very enthusiastic but I get it, I work retail too and this pandemic on top of customers is sometimes just too much so overall they were kind enough.

They only let 2 customers in at a time. There should be an appointment system instead of having to wait 40 min to get in.

Some options are reasonably priced but most of the prices are ludicrous. Most add on accessories are $6 minimum but when you have to buy several pieces to complete an outfit the price really adds up, especially given that my statement about the minimum only applies to a very small amount of clothing options. You could choose to just buy the stuffed bear as is but even then youre walking away at least $16 in the hole.

ITS A WONDERFUL PLACE I LOVED HOW THEY made the teddy bears AND HOW THEY PUT THE CLOTHS ON ITS THE BEST !!!!

The last and closest build a bear workshop located near me! The one in the Glendale Galleria got bought out in 2010 or before/after. I used to love going there as a kid and teen because the bears and stuffed animals were so cute and adorable and made to fit to your desire! Now that store there is closed and there lays out some expensive SWAG store that no one buys! But Im glad this mall kept this adorable store

Nice place to have a birthday party. Attentive, friendly stuff. Some cute reindeers & bears gets to be a good buy during the holidays.

My kids love it. But they can take there time with stuffing the bear. Wasnt really ready to spend and hour in line. But it was a nice experience for my daughters.

Ilove that build a bear work shop then all of the outhers build a bear work shops. Because I belive thats the best in a word that I alwese pick to go when I m bored at home with my mom when is time for my dad to work

Waited for over 7 hours just to hear that we can’t get in email said if you CAME to build a bear workshop you pay your age. We came and they didn’t do anything not even a discount. Overall my experience was the worst
