I can see why the low reviews, but the day I went in, service was top notch. Considering I only came in for the free embroidery, service was very friendly and efficient. I also wantedd to but a Laker hat for a. Extra embroidery, but they said only one per customer. I get it. They are getting a ton of requests, but they should make exceptions for paying customers. Anyway, the gal was very nice about it but it forced me to stick with the one free embroidery and I left. I came back today to pick up mmh hat and the service was not so great. Different person who didnt give me the impression she wanted to be there but I love my Kobe with angel wings!!!! All for free too. As soon as they let me get another embroidery, I will buy that laker hat I was eying :)

Worker their was very rude and didn’t want to help out a college student with getting their graduation stash embroidery. Every other Lids is willing to help out students. You just lost a customer 😡

My nephew bought a cap and they messed up the embroidery and didn’t fix item

4/12/17A hat from LIDS was given to me as a gift. The cap wasnt my size, so I intended to exchange the hat for a correct fit. When I arrived at the store, I approached the clerk near the counter asking politely for an exchange. The employee analyzed the cleanliness and integrity of the hat. The response given by her was incredibly rude, Its dirty, I wont take it. I told her the hat was worn only once in order to check the size accordingly. She replied try another store, cause I wont take take it. There was no account of professionalism and her response was uncalled for. The hat is brand new, with all company binding stickers still on the merchandise. If the hat was essentially dirty, I wouldve understood the circumstance. A rude remark followed by a poor analysis of the merchandise, justifies this poor rating and distraught concern. I wish the business and employees well.Best of luck.

Real bad service.......They never called to inform me that my hat had arrived. I had to show up on my own. Just to see if it was there.
