I called for a price quote and was questioned by their sales staff if I knew what I was talking about., Is this the first time you ordering pallets? You sound like you dont know what you are talking about? Really?! Is that how you speak with a new customer?! Im with the accounting department and Im asked to compare pricing and possibly source for a second supplier. My company order 1000+ pallets per month... I guess you guys are off my list. Absolutely ZERO customer service skill.
