My wife and I came today and was very pleased on the great customer service from the manager. She help us out by answering all my questions. This store is very clean and well taking care of. Very positive place to come and shop with out being judge. I would highly recommend this place. Had an excellent time thank you.

I came here with my girlfriend and we were a bit clueless seeing as it was our second time ever being in an adult novelty shop. The worker present was very helpful and kind despite it being late. I wish we got her name so that we could include it in the review. Needless to say, this shop is great and I highly recommend to anyone looking for quality toys and accessories

Purchased a novelty here cashier was very friendly & checked it worked at register but when I plugged it in at home the charger didn’t work of course it is not returnable & a complete waste of time & money

Went there 2 days in a row when both their online hours and hours posted in window said they should be open. Store was stocked full of stuff but no one there and door locked. Not even a sign on the door saying when they would be back or anything. Dont waste your time like I did

I was also educated on how body safe the toys and lubes are. These people really know their stuff!

They dont even sell rope, they just have rope cuffs. It was very disappointing. Some of us take our sex games more seriously than just using fake premade rope cuffs. - update store got back to me about getting me the silk rope which I appreciate although I did feel the comment they originally made about me being able to get it at a hardware store was a little condensending. So I updated my review from one to three stars. I picked up the rope from the fremont adult store which is a very shady place btw. I will probably be back to Seductions to check it out and will update my review accordingly at that time. I originally only went in to get rope for a scene I wanted to do so didnt really look for anything else.
