Absolutely NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! Needed tires swapped that came with the bike, but the day I showed up to drop them off, I was waved off so I left. I wasnt aware at this place you can block the handicap parking spots. Also I had to order some hardware and when I went to pick them up, one of the parts was the wrong one. It wasnt wanting to wait around for an half hour or more to order the right hardware and return the item. The GM would not take my call as well. Oh well, live and learn.

Quoted a price for a PWC plus accessories, Warranty, and Maintenance program. Drove in from out of town. When it came time to sign paperwork, price was significantly higher. The offer I got was to STILL pay a higher price and lose 2 years of warranty. That’s bad business! Would not recommend.
MY BROTHER PURCHASED A CAN AM FROM THEM BACK IN 2019 AND NOW HE IS TRYING TO TRADE IT IN SOMEWHERE ELSE. I NEED THE MSO FROM THE DEALER AND THEY WILL NOT ORDER ONE FOR ME. THEY CLAIM THAT THEY MAILED IT TO ME BUT THAT IS CLEARLY NOT THE CASE. I ASKED ANOTHER DEALER TO GET ONE FOR ME AND THEY SAID THAT THEY COULD BUT IT WOULD BE $150, AND IT WILL BE MAILED TO THE ORIGINAL DEALER TO PICK UP. I WAS FINE WITH THAT. THIS PLACE BOB THE TITLE CLERK SAID THAT SINCE ITS BEEN OVER 1 YEAR THAT THEY DONT HAVE TO SUPPLY ME WITH ONE!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS???? LIKE SERIOUSLY!!!!

We called this dealership and spoke with the sales manager, they had a canam defender available for purchase, so we asked to be able to lock this machine down at around 6:30 friday evening so we could come pick it up the next day. The sales manager was very nice and transfered us to a guy named bob to set everything up to handle the paperwork aspect of the transaction. I am paying cash for the vehicle and was NOT needing any financing. He proceeds to tell us we cannot put it in our business name which completely rediculus. I own a Rental company in Tennessee and have over 100 units that I have purchased for my business over the years. This is the first time I have ever been told this. That wasnt the worst part of this, If I was the owner of this business I would definitly look into seeing how BOB is treating your customers. He basically said VERY RUDELY look I dont need your business, we dont have any problem selling these units. All we wanted was to put this vehicle in the business name. He was the absolute rudest person I have ever dealt with. I would highly consider going elsewhere to buy something. These people think treating people disrespectful is ok and they do NOT care about your business. One day they may not be doing as well and may need business from all the people they were rude to.
They have a sign requiring a mask to enter, but the employees themselves arent doing it. Dont expect masked folks in this space. Otherwise everyone was helpful and they do have a good selection of motorized things and helmets
This place will have my business from now on, the said it would be two weeks before they could work on my Goldwing, I dropped it off on Friday afternoon and the guy called Monday evening to tell me it was ready, runs better now than ever. Thanks fir the great service.

Shop performed a service recall on my FJR. Work was extremely good as I couldnt tell it had been apart. I casually mentioned a leaky left fork and to my surprise they fixed it as a warranty issue.

Beware, just like car salesmen!Dishonest and cant trust!Drove 3 1/2 hrs to buy a machine and it wasnt good enough that they where making a sale. They scammed me into purchasing extended warranty, telling me it was mandatory and I had no choice and then playing off like they where helping me out by giving me a discount on it .

Biggest dealer around the Montgomery Area but on the high side for prices. As of now, their product availability is very limited due to the current state. Sales associates are very friendly and helpful. They offer no discounts for military.

I called to see if they had a particular ATV and he said they have one new one that hasn’t even been assembled yet.... I told the sales rep to put it together and I’ll come pick it up. I make my 4 hour drive and after I do my paperwork and get home, I noticed the next morning that the unit I purchased was THEIR DEMO UNIT.... I opened the air filter and it was dirty as can be, had surface rust in some areas due to it being left outside for display.... I called the GM and owner THE NEXT DAY and they said “sorry but paperwork has already been done and we can’t do anything”. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I always feel welcomed when entering this place. Last week I had an older gentleman help fit my noggin with a Shoei helmet, and it was a positive experience all around. Ill continue to purchase parts, Helmets from these guys.
Older gentleman is a helmet and accessories wizard. Was able to perfectly fit my head size and shape. They had the sport helmet I wanted in stock too so that was a plus.
Took my brand new Honda 420 Rancher in for its first 20 hour service, I normally do my own work but wanted to ensure warranty was not voided so I paid the dealership to change oil, change front and rear differential gear oil, check valve clearance etc... everything they recommend at first 20 hours. A little over a year later when it came time I did the 100 hour service myself and found both front and rear differentials low on gear oil and contaminated with water because whoever performed the first service at the dealership did not install the crush washer seals on the drain plugs. no telling what else they skipped through. I wasted nearly $300 dollars on something I could have done myself for $50 and got screwed. Im about 90% sure they did not check the valves either because there were no marks on any of the bolts you must remove to access that I noticed, or if they did it was done wrong the intake valve was out of spec by .003 at .009 it should be .006 the exhaust was dead on at .009 as it should be, so I wonder if they set both valves at .009 ive never seen a valve come that far out of spec in only 100 hours thankfully no damage was caused from it.

The Honda shop has a good selection of products, but their sales people are all over you the minute you walk in the door. Their customer service is....to good. Some times folks just want to look, and let the sales team know when they are ready to talk.

After having an issue with my jet ski being disarmed and loosing the remote we couldnt start it. Took it to Yamaha and their programmer defaulted. Waited patiently for them to get programmer fixed. Once it was fixed they had my jetski in and out within a few minutes. Thank you to Matt and the other service reps for getting me back on the water. Friendly customer service and was very caring and accommodating to me having to wait two weeks for repair
Had a front tire replaced on my Yamaha Stryker here. Initially, I called and set up an appointment for two weeks out. Through some miscommunication, I showed up and there wasnt a single tire on hand in the shop to fit my bike. Regardless, every member of the staff was incredibly professional and personable which made the experience bearable. Having to leave the bike to be worked on, whilst waiting for my ride, I got to interact with the sales staff who were also very helpful. Lastly, on the numerous occasions where I called the shop, the phone was always promptly answered and my call accurately directed. Their service was top notch and their work, impeccable. They get my business.
Bought a 2016 Yamaha Wolverine back in Sept 2015. Good sales experience, RC knows his stuff. Begining of 2016, I was in the market for a motorcycle, very interested in a Yamaha Raider, sad they never had one in stock. So I bought a Harley instead. Very low inventory for Motorcycles.Service dept. I bought the 24 month service contract with the Wolverine purchase. I found the service dept to be very slow. Even tho they tell you 2 hours you can expect 3 hours plus. Except for today. Said it would ready around noon, wasnt done until 4. UGHEveryone is very friendly.

I have purchased 3 ATVs and a dirt bike from Powersports of Montgomery. Their sales staff and maintenance shop is top notch! The sales team always makes me feel comfortable and has never pressured me into buying... Recently I loaned my Honda to a buddy against my better judgment. Of course he broke something. I called the sales manager to ask for some mechanical help over the phone. Within 10 minutes he called me back with a solution to my problem. That is what i call customer service!!! Powersports of Montgomery is a 5 star dealer!!!

Worst shop ive been to as far as my vehicle goes, pretty good on customer service. I got a new tire recently and when i left i noticed it was making a loud noise, keep in mind my bike made no noise before getting the tire, one of the mechanics said he stretched my chain and then loosened it so it will make a little noise at first, they told me they lubed the chain and 2 days later my sprocket is chipped and my bike is making a very loud sound, over and over ive tried to give you guys a chance but you disappoint me everytime, once i got a new sprocket set and they put it on for me, 20 miles later my front sprocket came off when i was doing 65,, i hope you people get exposed for what you are,

Worst Customer Service Ive ever received. Only a few select people are willing to help and be kind to customers they are very kind when making a FIRST big purchase!...but after that...THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!! Then when you confront them about what they said over the phone they will clearly say they said no such thing when they did! I can hear and remember things ive heard CLEAR! I will never purchase anything from this branch...EVER, I promise...to keep down confusion and disappointments! We were on good terms until they started lying to me and going AGAINST what I told them to do...!!

I bought my brand new 2018 Honda Grom here and was in and out in an hour or so, it was a great buying experience. However my buddy wanted to get his front tire mounted to his rim, but the would not put it on for him because he didnt buy the tire there. That being said they did it across the street for a 20$ bill lol.

Lied about prices over the phone to get me in the store and also lied about saying that Adams across the street wasnt any cheeper after pretending to call them on the phone. when i went over to Adams they said that no body called them at all about tire prices and they were near $50 cheeper for same quality tire.

Wont mount/balance tires that arent purchased directly through them, despite the fact I was requesting to have other service performed in conjunction with tire change. Avoid the gouge and look elsewhere.

Shocked to find hidden fees going way over MSRP prices that they were not willing to negotiate on. There are other places to shop that saved me from the high Freight charge & Document fees. After a large purchase elsewhere I returned to the shop to purchase a helmet, only to be berated by a salesman for not purchasing the item from them.

Probably one of the worst customer service place in the world.....service department guys are always talking and not wanting to help people.out. they just sit there and wait for you too start talking. Got there at 930 in thee morning with Noone there and it took over an hour for an oil change.....
I called to ask about a certain motorcycle. Was told the motorcycle was in stock. When I get there the salesman attempts to sell me a totally different bike. Not helpful. Does not care about what the customer wants. Seems like their philosophy cares only about pushing a sale.

Really disappointed in this dealership I visited here Feburaury of 2016 to browse there helment selection and the entire time I was there the salesman was crowding me saying random stuff trying to persuade me to buy a certain item I didnt like then proceeded to get another salesman and he then tried to force me into buying a motorcycle that I didnt want I finally said look I dont want to buy a motorcycle and left. Never in my life seen worse salesmanship. Very disappointed, went there to look at helments and they try to talk me into buying a motorcycle.

Worst dealership i have ever seen. I bought the extended warranty when i purchased a new atv from them for $1400 and within 800 miles my 2011 rancher began having major electrical problems with charging and electric shift. The people there refused to warranty it saying it had been offroad. From my general understanding and owning many many atvs i assumed this was their purpose. I had not taken it in deep mud or water, just average trail/ dirt road riding. So i am getting screwed out of $9,000 and they say i owe them alot of money for them looking at my atv to see if warranty would cover it. If anyone is considering buying any kind of recreational vehicle than please choose another dealership.
