Got car fixed last year after by side swiped by a Charter Bus. Service period was ok...within expected time frame. However work was unsatisfactory due to the fact of my bumper was not affixed to car correctly, it still has to be pushed back into place occasionally. Im going to have to pay someone out-of-pocket to fix it correctly. Nor was my windshield that they installed tinted as the previous windshield that they took out. Kind staff but work was sub-par so I would not recommend this body shop to anyone.

My brand new 21 Tacoma got rear ended.Insurance (who I don’t trust) quotes around 2.5 grand repairs for the bumper but I thought something was off and took to toyota repair and Mr Russell got on his hands and knees and saw a cracked frame which would require an entire frame replacement! Insurance agreed to what became about 16 grand repair.Shipping a frame took a while (outside control of collision center) but repairs were relatively quick and through authorized toyota service center. Truck looks brand new. They put everything back the way it should be including tonneau cover.Fantastic professional service and recommended

They have had my car for 6 weeks to fix a bracket for the front in the collision system. I had a scheduled appointment date to bring my car in for inspection; it took them 3 weeks to even inspect the car. The insurance payment was sent as soon as they finally submitted the estimate. They have not contacted me one time. I have called and got the runaround. I called the general manager today, and she would not return my call. Six weeks and they will not communicate to let me know what is going on with MY car. WOW!! Still waiting on my car!!

Excellent repair work done on my car.

No communication. They kept my vehicle for a month. I could not get a return phone call from them on the status. When I finally got a call to pick it up, there was broken glass all over the back of my vehicle and it was clear that something amiss happened. Most likely they broke my window and weren’t professional or ethical enough to tell me. I emailed them with pictures to inquire what happened on Dec. 9th and not a single person has responded.

They repaired my car after tree damage. It takes a while to do the work, but I can honestly say my car looks amazing! They were very professional, always followed up on phone calls, and the car looks very nice and clean! The paint job looks great! Job well done! Thank you.

List of Issues I had when i used this collision Center:1. Job quality is very poor.2. They dont deliver on time.3. Collision Center Specialist - Donald is very unprofessional and his crew broke my car part while fixing another part.4. When I demand to fix it Donald was rude, unprofessional and he asked me to go and lie to Toyota dealer so that what he broke can be fixed under warranty. He also refused me to see his manager.5. If you are dealing with this body shop be extra careful with Donald.6. I did meet with Toyota Service Manger Mr.Robert and I explained what happened. Mr.Robert was very professional and he called his boss they fixed the issue.Advice: Please make sure to check everything, go on test drive dont buy any verbal assurance given by Donald.

Donald and Russell have impressed me so much. They’re always ready to help - even in a multi-step repair! I feel comfortable going in, they’re always respectful and helpful, and I would recommend them to anyone! It’s so refreshing to have wonderful customer service - but to have it time after time is true quality.

Brought my tundra here after getting hit. Work was fine, but they didnt attach my speaker back, left grease all over my window and then 6 days later got a call saying my mud flap was there and needed to be installed. So afyer i picked my truck up in expect to go back twice to get the work completed, which wont work due to my work schedule. Will not being using this place again and definitely dont recommend this buisness.
