Action Collision is the best body shop Ive ever used. In fact, I drove 50+ miles to get them to do the repair work on my car because their work and professionalism is outstanding. This is the second or third time theyve done work on one of my vehicles. Knowing the work will be done correctly and quickly is a bonus. I got my vehicle back in less than a week. Always quality work. Nothing missing, everything works, and service after pick up. I couldnt ask for me.

I was in a collision, and my vehicle was taking to action and the repairs where done to the hood, the radiator, bumper and mount the work was ok lets say it was mediocre. The hood always looks open and the vehicle has worked correctly since. It cut off while Im driving. And the first time I took it back I was sitting in the drive thru and hose pop loose and antifreeze was all over my windshield . I never had any problems with my vehicle before action collision.

The work is Great but this is the second time I used this place and the customer communication is not there . It took 2 weeks or more on my car both times and no one ever called me on the progress of my vehicle. I called each time and was always put on hold for an excessive amount of time. I had an appointment each time I drop off my car so I didnt understand why I wasnt able to get my vehicle back in a timely manner. But the overall job was great.

My ‘98 4Runner was hit by another vehicle. The radiator support, wheel well, fender, and bumper were bent pretty bad. I didn’t have collision insurance so Action was willing to straighten it out well enough so I could put a new fender and off-road bumper on without insisting on completely replacing the radiator support. They even installed some of the parts I brought in, and provided a few parts without charging me. It looks great, one day and $100 less than they estimated, and they saved me $2-3k.

2nd time doing business with Action Collision. First time i had an unfortunate incident with my Mustang where a empty palette was leaning up against the fence, fell over onto the side of the car. Repairs were done and paint match was perfect 👌 I looked around town for someone to repair shipping damage on my wifes motorcycle, why not Action i thought! Very satisfied with the results and my wife is happy again.😀

The staff was very friendly and helpful and my car was finished a day earlier than expected so service was very fast. I had some significant damage to the front end of my vehicle. These guys did a very great job fixing it. They gave me an estimate on when they would have the repairs done. They ended up having it done a few days before they predicted they would. Staff is very personable and professional. When I came to pick the vehicle up they again we’re very nice and professional. Upon getting back into my vehicle, I realized that they had even washed my car and basically detailed the inside of it. It was much cleaner than when I had dropped it off. I highly recommend using this facility for any vehicle repairs you may need.

Totally overlooked me inside the office. Front office guy was on the phone, made eye contact and I took a seat to wait on him. Once he got off the phone he did not acknowledge me at all. Another costumer walk through the door, white lady, and he immediately starts to help her. You will never work on anything I own again.

Went to action Collision in December a deer hit my car I went to got it painted in September this will happen the pain start peeling up then they supposed to fix my door but the window stopped working they put a new window switch in you the switch was broke then exploding fix my AC but its still doing the same thing so if I were you I wouldnt recommend nobody to go to action Collision I wont even give them one star action Collision do sneaky things behind good customers backs they call my insurance company to try to make my insurance company pay for something that I already paid for without me knowing thats bad business so if I were you I would never go to action Collision I rather go a bootleg paint shop thats basically why I went in the first place

Was very stressful dealing with this business. Let the evidence speak for itsef. Very shody workmanship and unprofessional. From loose body parts, imperfections in the paint, misaligned body panels with dents, greasy prints in the interior, a crack on the headliner, scratches on headlight lense, and this last time they worked on it a new scratch on door mirror, and a swirl mark on hood right next to the quarter panel they redone. All of this found on the side that work was done. I did not tell them of all the damages incurred while vehicle was in their possession for fear of more damages if they addressed them. My conscience and heart moved me to this warning to my fellow neighbors! So, in conclusion BEWARE OF THIS BODY SHOP! DO NOT LET THEM PERFORM ANY REPAIRS!

Nice and clean

I had a severe accident and my insurance adjuster suggested this body shop for repairs. Since I live over 6 hours away and had no idea about body shops in the area, I trusted the reviews and advice from my insurance adjuster. This body shop not only took 2 months to complete the repairs, but when I received my vehicle it looked terrible (swirls in the paint, paint runs, things not aligned correctly, dents that hadnt been repaired, a new dent in the fender on the opposite side of the collision, even a gash taken out of the rim they were supposed to have replaced). I had to take it into a different body shop to have most of the work they completed redone and was without my vehicle from April until mid-July thanks to the horrible work that this body shop did. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there. To top it all off, the owner knew that there were issues with the car and still allowed me to drive over 6 hours to retrieve it. Unfortunately they botched it up so badly that even the best body shop in my town was unable to completely fix everything and now Im stuck with a sub-par version of what was a brand new (4 day old) car before they got a hold of it.
