Horrible customer service if its not a big job, dont expect to get your call answered or waste your time going to the location you will be lied to and see a close sign I will be reporting.

SGC has done several installations for me and the service was very professional, the quality of both the product and the work was excellent and the prices were reasonable. I have recommended SGC to several people who were also pleased.

Horrible customer service. Does not take debit, just cash or check. I had him to give me an estimate on two window squares that were broken out of the window pane. The quote was $135. My neighbor let him in and I was put of town and called to tell him to go ahead and do the work. I did tell him I would mail come over the weekend and drop off, but I couldnt make it due to a flat tire and traffic. I did come to Montgomery early Monday morning to give the check personally because he stated he would do the work monday. I called him to let him know I was in town and ask was he still going to do the work and he was VERY RUDE and stated I didnt leave it in the drop box and he couldnt drop what he was doing and he already scheduled his day. I explained to him traffic was bad and that I chose to come early Monday, bc he was closed the weekend. He stated that traffic was bad in Montgomery and had an attitude. I told him not like Birmingham and I tried to proceed, but due to his RUDE customer service I wanted to do business elsewhere. I called Lee co and got a cheaper quote for $95, they accepted debit and will be on the way......HE DOESNT HAVE THE MONOPOLY, COULD HAVE BEEN MORE COURTEOUS AND UNDERSTANDING EXSPECIALLY WHEN PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SPEND THEIR MONEY.

A good place to purchase replacement glass for broken windows. The customer service was good and a short wait time.

Very quick and professional. Bring cash or your check book though because they dont take debit or credit cards.
