We had a wonderful experience at the Mattress Firm in Montgomery. The service was great! Bob was so helpful. He answered all of our questions and helped us find the best bed for our needs. He even helped us pick a new bed for our son. Cant wait for our new beds to arrive.

Brad was very helpful. I was looking for the prefect pillow and he had a huge selection in store that I was able to lay on. I chose the 100% latex pillow that doesnt come in anything bigger than queen (when I have a king bed but that didnt matter to me). Hopefully it will help with my neck issues.

Kanton was very personable and showed me 4 different types of mattresses of the firmness I was looking for. He offered suggestions, explained the warranties, the features and there was absolutely no pressure! I ended up buying a new mattress, mattress protector and frame. (The frame was due to our movers losing a bolt on ours)

One thing I found out about buying a mattress is you need to find a place or someone you trust. The manager at this location in Montgomery is just that. I have purchased my fourth bed from him over 20 years and I now have got my third Tempur-pedic from The store manager Kanton Williams. If you end up going there you will agree that he knows this business better than anyone and most of all you’ll see he can be trusted with your needs and your sleep.

Brad was super helpful. Bought an affordable twin memory foam for one kid back in November & now the other kid wants one. Just called in to see if we could still get the same thing. He had my order history up & was checking on availability before I asked. Great service.

Went in to buy a few beds, and didnt have a lot of money. The salesman made rude comments about the bed we were looking into buying. He was pushing us to go higher then what we could afford.

The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. I had stopped in a few weeks before my purchase to get pricing. He was as friendly and helpful as the first time I went there. Will definitely do business here again in future.

Bob the Salesperson was GREAT, but the bed frame we purchased was missing parts! It came in a beat up box that appeared to be unopened, but once we started putting it together, we then realized a ew pieces, essential pieces I might add, were missing and way too much of a hassle to return! Thought about purchasing a mattress, but we couldn’t even purchase a simple frame without an issue!

Visited the MattressFirm on Orchard Rd and Tim was great at helping us find what we needed. We came in looking at one thing and ended up getting something we did not plan on but was well worth it and it was due me to Tim’s education on the products. Even helped us out with financing and finding the best option for us. Would definitely recommend MattressFirm if you are looking for a good mattress but even more so great customer service.

We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new mattress from Mattress Firm.04/26/19 - We received a phone call yesterday to tell us they would be delivering our mattress between 12:00 and 2:00. Today they called said they would be delivering it in 45 minutes. They were here in the 45 minutes they said and they arrived at 11:15. The delivery went smoothly and fast. They knew what they were doing. We are very satisfied with Belinda and the delivery. GREAT JOB MATTRESS FIRM!!!

Came in to get a new mattress for my mother yesterday. The store was a little busy but Belinda was very attentive to all shoppers rotating around to help everyone with their questions and mattress preferences. Not only did she attend to everyone with a sense of urgency, she was friendly and personable enough to learn and remember every customers in the stores name. By the end of the trip, we got a GREAT deal on a mattress my mom was excited for. And its getting delivered tomorrow for her, just two days after purchase. Next time I need to upgrade my own mattress I know where Im going.

My husband and I went to this mattress firm tonight, (obviously) in search of a new mattress. I had never been to a mattress firm before and Steven made sure it wouldn’t be our last time in there! As soon as we walked in the door he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and informed. He kept our interest by having us test multiple mattresses and answering every question we had promptly. On top of that, he was hilarious! Professional and funny. Nothing beats that! Great experience at the store Maggie was very helpful.Was told my bed would be delivered Tuesday the following week, I would get a call.Called Tuesday around 4:30 since I hadn’t heard, said she found out they were doing inventory and not delivering beds until Friday.I was upset as I had already paid for a truck, took apart and removed my current bed - to find out I could put it all together or wait until Friday to have a bed to sleep onMaggie quickly called the Oswego store where they luckily had my mattress in stock and I am able to pick up tonight.Ended up decently but could have been bad had Oswego not had the additional bed. I understand things happen, and they were able to make it right in this case.

First time going to a mattress firm and right away a warm welcome. Very friendly and helped me with everything i need. And answered all my questions. Becca was amazing and treated me like an adult and not some kid. I got a new mattress today for a great price! Henzelo was funny and great and kept me entertained and not bored while i was here. He kept me focused on what the goal was and that was a great mattress by far one of the greatest stores ive been in.
