Dont answer the phone to place orders or call back when you leave a message. How are they still in business. A real headache

Allstate rep has not visited the store I work it in three weeks and out stock is almost gone. I uave tried calling along with my boss and coworkers but the line is always busy or goes to voice mail. Try Bama Bud they are much more reliable.

I wish I could give no star for this shity place with rude & very unprofessional staff. The young lady with eye glasses at receiving office her name is Shai has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Very slow in unloading, put u in a dock and take their time to start on u.

Expect to sit at the gate calling no one answering and not opening so do like me and wait for a truck to come out, expect to be greeted with yall gonna sit here all day, all day which did not work for the guy, such a sad face :D other things were good so overall 2 because of the attitude of one warehouse bossman ;) his face tough haxahaxa the guy who unloaded me and gave me the B.O.L was very correct and cool appreciate it man

Without a doubt the worst company to deal with in my area. I own 2 and operate one bar in town and have had 7 straight weeks of, missed, incorrect, or damaged orders. I am referring to just my past 8 weeks but these problems have been common with AllState for the past 10 years I have operated here. When the question arose “how could any company operate so pathetically” it came to light that Alabama has a territorial agreement to limit the number of product distributors in my area to one so to get the products you have no choice but to deal with the added cost of waiting on orders, the inconsistency of product (main brands forgotten on orders), the high turnover of staff (average salesman last 6 months) delay in printing (never), no POS (unless the local salesman is with you long enough to order and deliver request about once a year), no promotional support, and an 80% loss of sales in main brands like miller lite and coors light.
