MARQUS STOKES is very unprofessional and does horrible work. Also was seen reusing piercing products. Stay far away from this place at the bare minimum away from Marqus . I have video and pictures of his professionalism or lack there of!

Marq is the Man and he did a great job on my tattoos. Look they were busy, but they handled each customer in a very professional and courteous manner. Im definitely headed back.

Been trying to get an industrial piercing for weeks, first time I went I waited about an hour and the piercer never showed up. After that a couple days later I called back a couple of times and no one picked up the phone. I checked the comments it seems that they have a history of not picking up the phone. But no worries, I’ll just keep my money in my pocket because the amount of unprofessional-ness is unreal.

Tried to get piercing for over a week...closed early first attempt..2nd attempt did not have piercing jewelry and was told it would arrive in the next couple days. Took another trip to the business, which is 45 minutes away, only to wait in parking lot for owner to open business; just to get told again piercing jewelry wasnt available. Will not recommend or visit again.

Sat in the lobby for thirty minutes and was ignored. Guy helped four other people and never said a word to me. I had a stack in my pocket looking to get a piece done. Not how you should treat your customers!

My boyfriend went in for a ear piercing which left his ear bleeding the whole day then later swelled up so bad to the point his whole ear lobe was red. I would not recommend.

I got a tattoo at Art assassins in Montgomery May 6 . This was a very rewarding experience. I’m very satisfied with my tattoo. The artist Randy took his time to perfect the art. The staff was friendly and very informative. I definitely recommend this place for your tattoo needs.

Really enjoyed my time here !! My husband and I were on a road trip through from SC to New Orleans and we were gonna get my helix pierced in Georgia before heading to Alabama. Plans fell through and we ended up getting it done in Alabama at ART ASSASSINS !!! Couldn’t have been happier with the experience. I don’t know the guys name but he was a sweet ole teddy bear (to be a little more specific a black dude with a bald head who was of average height but above average build 😜) and if I could go back to him for all my piercings, I would !!

Been trying to get my piercings done for two weeks here and every time I showed up the piercings they said they piercer wasn’t there and then I tried to call and I got hung up on. Don’t even bother to waste your time with them.

I went to get a piercing at around 4 pm and the piercer wasnt there. I left my name and number was told I would receive a call once he got there. I called an hour later and he still wasnt there. I called an after that to a busy signal.

Marq is a great artist and very cordial planning on goin to see him again soon. Definitely recommend for great work.

Got a piercing here a while ago after my friend told me how amazing they were to her. I went in pretty late one night, the woman at the front desk was very nice and made sure I had a snack before because I faint easily. I got to go back pretty quickly and the woman from the front held my hand the entire time, the man that did my piercing was very nice and made sure I was ready before pushing the needle through. It healed quickly with no infection. I was and still am so surprised at how well I was treated, I will never go anywhere else! I can’t remember the name of the guy that pierced me but it was just him and the woman I think I might have heard they were married? Not sure.

I had a really great time there. My piercings looked great when I was done. I am super happy with the prices. Definitely worth the drive.

Went there to get my nose piercing. It later got an infection, could’ve been from me but I’ve heard a bunch of people saying they got infections from their piercings that got it here as well. Who knows🤷🏽‍♀️ But my 1 star is because I called up there today asking about prices for a piercing for my little sister. When I told the person she was 13 they said she was too young. Me never hearing this before I was like “oh even with me & my mom being there with her” I was replied with “she’s not allowed here honey” with the most stank tone. Whoever was on the phone better be lucky I didn’t go off because that was very unprofessional. Will never come here again.

I’ve gone to art assassins for YEARS and have never had a problem until they hired Marq. The amount of unprofessionalism is amazing. Marq has no class, loud, very childish, OVERPRICED, and thinks he owns the place. If you want a tattoo buy him a pair of shoes and he got you on a kitchentician tattoo. On the other hand the piercers are great, the shop was great before and they should re-evaluate who’s really running they’re business away. The amount of money I’ve spent there I can spend elsewhere it’s not an issue... but the person who’s only paying booth rent needs to know their place and stay in the booth. The owner has a great establishment but my business will be taken elsewhere due to the disrespectful mouth of a childish tattoo artist.

Used to go here a lot before I moved away. Moved away for 6 months came back and woahhhh have they changed. An entire new staff. Not the worse, but definitely not the best. The new receptionist doesn’t know squat!!!! Had to literally help myself. Great tattooers and piercers. Just needs more professionalism at the front counter.

Went here originally to get my daughters industrial piercing done and ended up getting my first tattoo. The people here were great. Marcus did a great job on my tattoo. I plan on taking my daughter to get her first tattoo here.

Piercing is crooked. Wasn’t marked for positioning nor shown placement piercing would be in. Don’t do refunds for bad work. Piercer seemed agitated and placed piercing so far back in my mouth that it’s not visible. I would recommend A1 tattoo shop on bell road.

I drove from wetumpka to get a nose piercing only to arrive at 6 and be told there was a 2 hour wait which didnt make sense because they close at 8! Dont worry I wont go back there or recommend them

I got my septum pierced about a month ago, and the piercing itself was done well and healed nicely, but the piercer was very rude. I didnt get his name, but he was a tall black man. I asked him a few questions about the piercing before I got it, and he proceeded to say that I was asking stupid questions. He then told me to not make a scene and to not freak out when getting pierced. I didnt feel comfortable at all. This was my first major piercing and it was an over all bad experience. Never going back.

Seems like a good nice place piercer had to stick me twice because he let go and lost the hole for tounge peircing then gave me a bar that was to short and became painful and embedded in my tounge went to get a longer one and they didnt have any in stock .... wound up with a flat bottom now having it changed the day after tounge is extremely swollen

I got my piercing and tattoo (small) done in less than 45 minutes!! This was actually my third time visiting. My son got his first tattoo a year ago and I got a tongue piercing about 2 months ago. Each time was a wonderful experience. I even had my coworkers to get work done here.

Got my industrial piercing done and 2 weeks later had it taken out by another shop. Said it was pierced to shallow. Also piercer wouldnt answer any of my questions just continued to listen to his music. What a waste of my time and money. Would not recommend getting any piercings done here.

My friend had her first tattoo done at this so called tattoo place about about 4 weeks ago and the lines are not even straight it has bad scaring. She went to talk to the guy who did it for her he was really rude and didnt even invite her in to look at it. He yelled at her to the point of bringing her to tears.I would not recommended any to go here. A little kid could do better than he did.

I had the lip piercing for 3 days it turned purple and was swollen. I went to another piercer and he recommended I take it out IMMEDIATELY. The piercer hit a nerve in my lip and didnt position the piercing right. He has a very nasty attitide. I wish they would close the place down completely!!!!!!

I wish I could give them a negative 5. I went to art assassins with the intent to get second piercings in my earlobes with 10g glass retainers i ordered online. i went to art assassin 6wks in advance hoping to get the piercings done by Oct 25th. i spoke to the piercer, there seem to be no issues with the glass retainer as long as he could sterilize the pieces. at the time the piercer did not have the 10g needles, he told me to give him time to order the needles. so i waited until about 2.5 wks out calling to see if the needles were in. the person i spoke to over the phone said they were not in yet but to call in a few days. i followed up a few days later and the needles still had not been ordered. i asked if they were even going to order the needles, the girl told me to check on Oct 24th to see if the needles were in, mind you i need the piercing done on the 25th. i called on Oct 24th and i directly ask Do you guys have 10g needles, i was told No but in a tone as though Ive been harassing them or an inconvenience. i ending up getting it done at Ink Factor by a piercer named Bo. its expensive but Bo is extremely friendly and has amazing customer service. I called Bo on the 24th after speaking with art assassin, he was flexible with the last minute request. i had to travel to Prattville though. too bad there arent more like Bo. i have a negative review for Outlaw tattoo, but i will save that for their page.

Place on Atlanta hwy. I left not enough help had to wait in lobby to long so It wasnt for me bad customer service.
