Don’t let the location deter you, this store is immaculate and the service is excellent! I had never shopped here before today, but found a pair of shoes online for the best price around. I was able to pick the shoes up in less than 3 hours of placing the order.

Pitiful no one helped they offered no coupons or discount it was a young man who was nice he showed me where the restroom was it wasnt a second trip feeling the cashier was only nice after I paid manager greeted us kind after our PURCHASE its not as bubbly as chic fila worker they could use more friendly employees and some KINDNESS training baddddd.

A great shoes store.

So, I always get all my shoes from the Shoe Carnival on Ann st in Montgomery AL. Ive always gone by myself, however today I took my grandsons 8yrs and 3 yrs. They definitely tested my patients. Then all the sudden several of the employees started interacting with them. When I tell you the employees stopped me from having an anxiety attack I mean it. They were so wonderful with the boys. They took to them and made my experience as well as my grandsons experience so wonderful. I will always recommended them. Way to go Shoe Carnival and thank you sooo much.

Everything is nice and neat. The aisles are wide enough. The shoes are displayed and arranged in an orderly way. Prices clearly marked. I was greeted upon entering. Able to browse freely. Assistance was available if needed.

The staff is great really helped me out a lot and got me one great deal on a pair of boots that I really liked regularly $70 for 10 bucks you need to go there theyre better than Designer Shoe Warehouse any day of the week thanks for great shopping experience

At 2:40pm I went to exchange my resident shoes for proper Physical Therapy. Mr. Charles greeted me and directed me to the shoes I needed. During checkout I was on a call conducting bussiness. Mr. Charles waited painetly; even gave me a pin and paper to write down an email address. His Customer Service was exceptional. Thank you Charles for all of your help.. To his manager, thank you for training him to service each customer with respect and dignity; you should be proud.

My dgtr and shopped for replacement shoes that our puppies had eaten. We liked the shoes from Shoe Carnival in another state. No one offered to help us when we walked in. Took over 15 minutes to find the shoes we were looking for as we were wondering up and down the rows. We each found one- one price full, the other 50% less. The most expensive was loaded as the full price and the 50% was from the lowest one. Disappointed in lack of service and way cost was managed. I am a Shoe Carnival card holder, but their actions have been poor last few times. Prices are questionable listed when you purchase another price shows. Very disappointed .
