Worst Customer Service. I purchased tile on Sept 28th and still don’t have my full order. Last week I emailed 3 times and called. NO RESPONSE. I was told the last box shipped on 10/26 on Nov 2 and that it would be here Nov 3rd. I arrived on Nov 5th to pick it up and was then told it was shipped yesterday and hopefully it might be here on the 6th. Not even an I’m sorry for all the issues. Just tossed the paper back to me through a gate and said oh well.WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
