Excellent company. Five stars. Used Countertops and Cabinetry by Design for a kitchen remodel two years ago and they were outstanding then. We recently asked them to remodel two bathrooms in our log cabin and once again they were professional, courteous and did quality work. While our project was not the biggest on their list they treated us as if it were.
Working with everyone at Countertops and Cabinetry by Design made our kitchen remodel just what we wanted! Their work on our countertops and title is very quality work. Looking forward to enjoying the new kitchen for years to come.

We were extremely pleased with the workmanship. The installers were friendly, helpful and very neat. We plan to go back and decide on a backsplash.We chose our backsplash and it was installed June 1st - we couldn’t be more pleased! Tim was our installer and he did a beautiful job - we highly recommend him. He is precise, very neat, quite knowledgable and to top it off, friendly. We hope to request him for another job in the future.We have been very pleased with our service through Countertops and Cabinetry By Design.
Our entire countertop project (kitchen & three baths) was a pleasant experience from initial visit to showroom to completion of the installation. The sales staff was great to work with and together with, the fabrication staff was very helpful and the installers (Mike and Eli) were very professional, experienced and evoked confidence in us. We had no complaints whatsoever in the whole project. The price was quite competitive with other estimates we had gotten. We are very satisfied,
Countertops and Cabinets by Design was a wonderful company with which to work. We had new quartz countertops installed but first the cabinets needed to be removed, tile flooring torn up and hardwood installed. The designer, Dustin Krumpack, was an excellent resource and led us through our project design with ease. We would highly recommend his expertise and talents.Chris Holtz, the owner of the company was onsite most days to be sure his crew was properly directed and he even did some of the finish work himself. His crews were excellent in both their skills and their attention to detail. They prepared the rooms by hanging drop cloths to minimize dust as the tiles were removed and then cleaned up every day before leaving. the two man crew who installed the hardwood floors were beyond excellent. They had to feather in the new with the existing and when they were finished, you could not tell the new from the older flooring. This company is locally owned and operated. We plan to call on them soon to remodel our maser bath. You will not be disappointed with them!!!
The counter-top installed looks great and the people who installed it did a good job, although they did install our dishwasher crooked, but where I am truly disappointed is the tile back splash. It was installed uneven and then when i sent pictures they did send someone to fix part of it. But the grout all over the kitchen is different colors, when I pointed this out I never heard back from them. Its just a shame to pay so much money for work that looks so unprofessional.
Rich was very responsive and helpful as my husband and I picked out backsplash and countertops for our kitchen! He explained pricing very throughly and showed us countless options for our kitchen remodel! His staff showed up on time, worked hard, and were very nice!! Our kitchen transformation was beautiful!!
We purchased a Hansgrohe faucet 5 years ago when we upgraded our kitchen. The Hose developed a small leak. We called CAC BY DESIGN and they brought us a new hose and helped me replace it. Great Service! Great Company!
Cannot say enough about the excellent experience we had with the Team at CAC by Design. Rich in Sales, Countertop installers, and Brady and Calin who did the incredible tile backsplash, were all so helpful and professional. They were super clean and detail oriented. We love our new kitchen!
They did a renovation of our powder room for us. Our designer was Kristen. She was great to work with, as were everyone else we worked with. Their attention to a couple of follow-up needs we had was excellent. I recommend them!
We had our kitchen designed by Kristen from the Anderson store and the results were stunning! She and the crew from CAC were easy to work with and the attention to details was great. We liked the results so much we followed Kristen when she moved to the Montgomery location and now have two newly renovated bathrooms that we love.
After a major house flood destroyed our Kitchen (where the original remodel was done by CACBD) they came to the rescue. They were super easy to work with and the quality of the cabinets and workmanship was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help get us restored quickly and the new kitchen looks fabulous! Ordered new quartz countertops and tile backsplash. Service was great. Guys came on time, worked quickly and did a great job. Everything looks fantastic. Had a follow up visit to resolve an issue with the faucet, and it was taken care of very quickly. Would definitely use this company again, and recommend them to anyone looking for great work and great customer service!

We are thrilled with the new granite counters and a tile backsplash that CAC by Design installed this week in the kitchen in our condo! Taylor at the Montgomery Rd showroom worked with us to find materials that would compliment our cabinets and fit within our budget. We were very impressed that one of the owners (Chris and Janet) was onsite every day to make sure the installation was going smoothly, and the installers were great. Our plumbing is in better shape now than before they started. If you’re in the market to update your kitchen or bathroom, I highly recommend you put CAC by Design on your list of places to consider.
I was totally happy with CAC by design. Quality and craftmanship was superior. Everything was done in a timely fashion. Taylor saw us thru the process and did an excellent job. Installation day was superior. The installers were very professional...couldnt have asked for more!
This is the 3rd time we have used Countertops and Cabinetry by Design. The first time was when we remodeled our house by bumping out the back of the house 5 feet. I used my contractors and their product, the cabinets and countertops for the kitchen. They did design the new kitchen for me and 11 years later I still love my kitchen!The 2nd time we completely remodeled our master bathroom. We took out the tub and the tiny shower. They again did the design for me. We used their company for the whole thing. I was just telling the owner of the company Chris Holtz that the people that he employs to do the work are very patient with my many questions and my imput as the job goes along. They never make you uncomfortable about being alone with them in the house or not being home while they are in the house. They have all been very respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. We love our master bathroom and it has been 7 years.This time we were updating our guest bathroom which had two layers of tile on the floor and a vanity from 1986! They installed a new more modern vanity, got rid of the old tile and installed a new tile floor that looks like hardwood. Dennis, I can’t thank you enough for the beautiful job you did on that floor. They also painted, gave me new towel bars and toilet paper holder. We reused my old faucets, which I had recently updated. They gave me a baseboard versus the tile that was there before. The vanity was raisedon legs to take advantage of the floor register which was buried beneath the original vanity! Chris and his son Christopher were on top of the project and it was completed in 6 days. Dennis, Mark and John all managed to work around each other in a relatively small space and they cleaned up before they left every night.My husband and I are customers for life. If you are in the market for a new kitchen or a new bathroom give them a call. They are a local family business and they do quality work for a reasonable price. You will be glad you did.
