We had used Georgia Floors Direct in the past. We were very happy with all of the sales staff and the whole picking out and buying of the flooring. The install crew at that time were not that great. The flooring look good but the finish work was very lack luster. Fast forward five years...It came time to pull up carpet and we wanted to go back with the same flooring we had done in the kitchen. We went back in hopes that they still make the same flooring and they did. Scheduled for one of the guys to come out and measure. This guy was Awesome! He gave us advise on what we needed but didnt preasure us at all. A couple of days later we got a call with the price and we decided to go with it. I went in to the store and scheduled it. Even though I had only been in the store a couple of times to talk to the sales guys, they remembered my name. That goes a long way with me. I put half down and scheduled it. The install day comes and I had everything prepped and ready to go for the installers. This crew came in, looked around, asked a few questions and got right to work. They worked steady and did it right. I have a very uneven rock fireplace that I just knew would be a nightmare to work around. The guy that worked in that area cut every single plank to match the contour of the fireplace. It looks awesome!!! These guys came in and knocked out 700 square foot of glue down plank and had to level the floor in four hours and it looks amazing!!! Big shout out to everyone that helped us out!!!

I would definitely recommend Georgia Flooring to anyone looking to install or in our case upgrade the flooring in their home. I would have given them 5 stars but the increased Covid Pricing from my original quote just didn’t make sense to me. Every person that I worked with at this location was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Again, I would highly recommend this business!

I purchased vinyl plank today. Everyone who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. My flooring is being installed as I type this and it is looking totally awesome! We have three more rooms to go so I will be returning for the rest of the flooring. This plank is quality and gorgeous.it cost pretty nicely…but my newly remodeled kitchen is looking so good. ❤️

We had three spaces covered with wood laminate by Georgia Floors Direct--kitchen, hallway, and dining room. Our salesman was Dustin Davenport, and Chip Mullins did the measurements. A team of four installed all three spaces in just over four hours! They did a superb job. Each man seemed to have specific duties, and they were constantly in motion. If I ever need flooring again, this would be my store.

Georgia Floors Direct did a great job installing and the floors looked great.But, we had a small issue in one room with the new carpet having a spot that needed to be addressed. The owner came and suggested that all the carpet in that room to be replaced at no cost, which I was fine with doing.The problem has been trying to set up a time for the replacing. There were a number of calls made trying to setup a schedule. Every phone call ended with Well get back with you with a date and time, but there were no returned calls. Finally after a schedule time was set for the replacement to take place, there was a No Show or phone call explaining why they didnt come. I did call later that day asking why no one came and the response was my Salesman was sick and not in the office. Another appointment was made for the following day at 7:00 a.m. An hour later than the scheduled time, they showed. We have not been impressed with the follow up service and plan on taking our business else where.

When had the whole house re-carpeted. Dustin listened to our needs and gave us great options for carpet and padding. And price was very reasonable and competitive. Even though there was a little hiccup on the day of installation, Dustin responded quickly to resolve and there was little to no delay in getting the carpet installed. The installation crew was professional and did a great job with seams and clean up. They were so quick! The whole house was done by noon. Will definitely use Georgia Direct Floors again.

You asked for review too soon as I do not yet have rug I ordered. It has to be cut and bound to exact size. Thought this would happen last week but it did not. Finally had to call and ask status. Answer was maybe this week. Said Man who does rugs is very busy. That is different from what I was told when I ordered rug. Also, yesterday was told they had to special order carpet and wait for it to arrive. They don’t seem very organized.

You better get everything in writing the money amount when they are going to order it and the install . The guys that did the installation was great! The money came out of my account on Monday I was told they would order that day it wasnt ordered until Wednesday and they didnt install until Thursday of the next week.If I ever get anymore wood flooring from them I will get everything in writing!
