Order a gun safe online which was damaged enroute. Called AAFES immediately to request a new safe. Was told by 5 different people it wasnt going to happen anytime soon. Estimates started out at 1-2 weeks, and ended up at maybe more than 3 weeks. Now I remember why I never shop at the BX. Should have just gone to Academy or Bass. Horrible customer service. Lesson learned, again.
