I was at this location 4/17/21 and couldn’t have left happier. There were two difficult customers there while I was and the staff handled each with professionalism. Shay was awesome with me, I’m a little technologically impaired lol, but she was patient and thorough with her explanations. This will be my location from now on. I visited the Verizon store on Ann St on 8/24/20 and I can honestly say that it was the most pleasant and easy process thanks to the representative PJ he was very helpful and very patient with me and he told me everything I needed to do. All of the representatives there that day were all polite, greeted me and made sure I was taken care of so I will definitely refer people to this location!!!

Staff are good but do not like some of the policies; however the staff doesnt set policy. Im not enthused with Verizon service overall (i like Sprint MUCH better), but Verizon has more coverage in the rural areas where i and some of my family live. So Im stuck, basically.

It was a wonderful day and the customer service representative was very kind and courteous and it made my day to have a good experience in Montgomery Alabama where people show the person who entered their place of business a warm and respectful welcome. Because its not a practice here in Montgomery Alabama you feel or see to often I wish more people here would follow your employees example when dealing with the general public the male population. THANKS alot because I have been really having a bad couple of months and I was ready to leave here but just that little bit of kindness really warm my heart

Employees are largely unprofessional. Manager Ashley had an attitude about just putting our name on the list to be served properly. The other girl who helped us finish our transaction was better, but not by much. I try to be nice and congenial, but Im met with a dead stare and a monotone voice. I doubt we will continue with Verizon in the future.

I walked in with a smart phone that had locked up. I was told I was due for an upgrade and qualified for an Unbelievably Fantastic Deal! A new phone with case and screen protector, a matching blue-tooth apparatus, a mobile charger and, best of all, a brand new tablet with case! All this is yours for absolutely no cost! FREE!! All you do is give us your old phone. I made her repeat the offer twice more. FREE! Just two dollars more a month on your plan to get it all connected. IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY ISNT. A week later, my $84 a month bill has magically mushroomed to a balance of $230.00 with equipment fees. The FREE equipment. Apparently the words free and fee are perfectly interchangeable in this store. I dropped back in yesterday for an explanation of the charges and after waiting 1 HOUR and 23 MINUTES, all I got was a $40 credit. If I dont have complete satisfaction on my visit today, there may be a Youtube moment in that store. BEWARE the Verizon Bait-n-Switch. P.S. I havent even used the tablet yet.

It seems like its easier to cancel service over the phone than in-store. See, I had this unlocked Pixel 2 that I had from Google Fi which I decided to switch over to Verizon. The switchover was easy enough. Honestly, I was completely satisfied with the service itself, though I felt that I was overpaying and I had trouble working out the mobile hotspot. Charter Spectrum offered its mobile service and I decided to switch its cheaper $45 unlimited plan while financing a new phone. I gave my Pixel 2 to my son, I didnt come have access to my account or messages I could receive. Around 9:30am, I arrived at the store, checked in, waited 5 minutes, and was essentially directed to a kiosk. I couldnt cancel my account without my old phone, though I had ID. It felt like a wasted trip because I was able to cancel my account easily and without any fees over the phone in a matter of minutes.

Ann Street Verizon employees are top of their game. As soon as you step inside, you are greeted by available employees ready to assist you or welcomed & told there will be a representative assisting you as soon as one is finished assisting another customer. They are great with processing payments promptly & always ask if there are any questions or issues they may further assist. Troubleshooting is obviously a common issue they find customers coming into the store to address & no matter how simple or complex, they never make you feel like an idiot or needless burden for asking for help, sometimes they find they get stumped on issues as well but they dont give up & let you leave without doing everything in their power to try to successfully resolve your situation and let you walk out with solutions rather than complications. Highly recommend stopping in for any issue you even remotely consider needing help, theyll help and wear a smile all the while, and genuinely happy to help their customers.

I have mixed feelings about this store. Its the closest Verizon to my house so when my phone died I ran here to get a new one. I managed to buy a new phone and they were polite if not friendly, but I prefer the Eastchase store, where they are more customer oriented. I was disappointed that Verizon no longer assists you in setting up your new phone. They do show you how to do a few things but you can tell they are trying to phase out that kind of support entirely.

I have been with thos company for over 20 years. I was with cellular one, Alltel, and all the other merging. I have never did a upgrade. I always brought phones elsewhere. So why when I ask for upgrade and make my phobe free and not a cheap phone. Why not give me a iPhone. Since for 20 years you have never given me a phone. The cost of one iphone dont even add up to 20 years of upgrades merchandise from your company. SO MUCH FOR LOYAL CUSTOMER AND WE APPRECIATE YOU AND OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT YOU HAVE TOLD ABOUT US. GOODBYE VERIZON AND THE 370.00 BILL I GOT EVERY MONTH. NOW GOING TO TMOBLE AND SAVE 200.00 A MONTH

So I went into this store with a plan. I was going to have service applied to a phone I already owned. Instead the lady that served me told me I shouldnt and this and that, said the phone was out of date or would be soon. Gave me some kind of, I dont want to be here attitude. Remained on a personal call through my transaction. So I got a phone that I didnt want to get. I was told the next payment would be less than the first. I didnt know at the time that information was incorrect. I left the store upset and when I got home I realized she had applied my screen protector with a large fuzz under it... Today I went to pay that next payment and ask about the fuzz under the screen protector. So I asked about the payment, it was more than the first. Whatever. I then brought up the screen protector and the fuzz. The gentleman told me he couldnt do anything about it because its been more than 14 days... One of his fellow employees, in my opinion, did me wrong. Then this gentleman doesnt do anything to try and fix the things Im trying to bring to his attention as a customer. Piss poor customer service. The phone I wanted to apply service to works much better than this piece of garbage the lady sold to me. This phone has no kind of storage system. Im indescribably disappointed. Verizon has not treated me like a valued customer.

I came to this location to return something I had bought for my new phone. There were lots of employees but none seemed to interested in helping customers. Once I was finally helped the associate only said why are you here when it was my turn, and here you go when the return was completed. It took 3 employees total to figure out how to do the return and none of which said anything to me. The employee mainly helping me kept on with other employees having their own personal conversations and even assisted other customers who walked up and interrupted the employee from completing the transaction. I will never return to this location again!!

Have also been in this location numerous times and the wait time is tremendously long. Even though some associates do not seem to be that busy, they still doesnt seem interested in helping anyone until its was their turn to be helped. The only courteous person I met was the person at the front door. Some days you rather just deal with a machine rather than with people. ijs

Customer service at Verizon has become dismal. I call to see if they have an item, they say yes and you take the time to travel to two or three stores only to find out they either lied or were just incompetent. Calling Verizon corporate is a joke. You get false information without concern for customer loyalty. Its time for a change in carriers. They may not be much better but at least Im not getting neglected by the same company that I have been with for a long time. VERIZON EMPLOYEES ARE A GREAT SALES PREVENTION PROGRAM.

Well I came here for the first time,I’m a truck driver and I stopped at Verizon Wireless, i did feel comfortable with Damien, he is representative for Verizon,he was very helpful and knowledgeable,I will recommend this Verizon store to any one one specially all truck driver that can par in TA and take UBER or Lyft to this place,it’s so close to all shopping stores and specially wallmart, I do wanna thank MR DAMIEN for all his help,Thank you and keep up the good work⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Just drive to the one in Prattville - Youll thank me later. This store is in the less than desirable area of Montgomery, and the people that work there all appear to be grumpy, unhelpful, and generally uninterested in doing.... well..... anything at all.Ive been twice, ONLY because its within close proximity to my work. They cater to their clientele (which I am not)... and I was quite literally interrupted and/or disregarded no less than 6 times in a 3-minute conversation... for which I had to stalk a representative to even get that.All I wanted was a cell phone case. The rep begrudgingly showed me a few models (which are all locked up because people steal there), and then was told Ill get someone to see if they have the one you want in another colorI sat.... quietly..... for 15 minutes.... and watched 2 customers that came in after me, get helped first.... while the original rep that barely helped me.... stood there doing nothing.I left.... walked right by her empty-handed.... and she didnt say a word to me.Welcome to the Montgomery low-class, unskilled, uneducated workforce that cares absolutely nothing about customer service or quality.Again... just go to Prattville.... its worth the drive..... trust me.
