After shopping with edible arrangements for years, Ill no longer spend one cent with them again. I placed an order that was to be delivered. Day of delivery no fruit! Next day, No fruit. I patiently waited checking my email for any kind of notification. Nothing a whole week. Not one notification, only coupons to buy more! So I called corporate who seemed annoyed with me for having just called. I waited a week. I asked had my delivery possibly been changed due to the weather? She then placed me on hold to contact the store. Came back on to tell me that the store was busy placing other orders and couldnt process mine. She highly suggested that I simply take a refund and order again. So she proceeded to process my refund or so she says. Upon returning to the phone she gives me a reference number for my refund. Right before rudely hanging up she tells me in 2-3 days the store will contact me to discuss a refund! Its a sad time indeed when corporations that need our money to exist treat the customer with such disdain. Well sorry to say I am one customer who values my currency energy to much to exchange it with corporations that arent concerned with my patronage.*****In all fairness to this particular store I must disclose that this wasnt the delivery store. My issue is a corporate issue and I didnt realize it generated an actual location.
Lmao this particular store is a big joke. I placed an order to be delivered on mother’s day (yesterday) as soon as the chain opened. I called after no update after about 5 hours knowing the store would close at 7pm. They were still working well after 7pm as I called the store directly to inquire if my order would still be delivered for sure before the day’s end. I was assured that it would be. Once 9pm arrived, I gave up hope on it still being delivered to my mom’s residence for the day and decided I’d call them the following day to find out what transpired and what would be the next step to take.I woke up to a call from edible arrangement the early the following day and spoke with an employee who inquired as to whether I still wanted the delivery to be made and they’d refund the delivery charge or if I simply wanted a full refund. I opted to have it still delivered as she was looking forward to it. Needless to say, the delivery was never made and I had to call to find out what was going on yet again. This time I opted for a full refund because the occasion the order was placed for had already passed and I was simply looking to make amends and see my mom smile by having it delivered after the fact.I will not be patronizing this particular chain again as their customer service is simply horrible. They do not prioritize customer satisfaction and they make empty promises that they do not uphold at the customer’s expense. A true lesson learned.

Horrible experience. Arrived a day late with brown fruit, was not the correct arrangement, and missing the ballon. Save your time and order from somewhere else. Ruined my moms day.Edited to add: After calling and leaving a message, the correct arrangement was sent the same night, but it was still a huge hassle. One added star for effort, but I still wouldnt order from here.
Even though the arrangement was beautiful, the customer service was not! I’ve never ordered an edible arrangement and when I went to pick it up they said the time I chose is when they start making it???? Then when I send a friend to go pick up the order they’re rude to them too! Completely unexpected considering it’s cheerful fruit arrangements. I’ve ordered tons of edible arrangements but had them delivered so didn’t realized how angry the workers are!!!
I want to say that Julie (Montgomery, AL store) did an amazing job with my mothers arrangement. I called in to the store and I spoke with her she was able to not only get my mom her Arrangement on the day of which was her birthday (same day that I ordered) she followed up with the driver and made sure everything was okay. She also, made sure that the fruit that my mom liked the most in season (sweet) she received. I spoke with my mom and she said that the arrangement was beautiful and the fruit was so sweet. Thank you Julie for going above and beyond! Also, I cannot leave out Gary as my very first call to the store I spoke with him and his customer service was outstanding as well in guiding me through options and online availability.
Edible Arrangements in Montgomery on Zelda just blew my mind. I had tried to order online and the fruit basket that I wanted wasn’t available for the zip in Wetumpka that I needed it sent to. So I called this store and talked to Julissa. I had just found out that a very close friend, like family, had just started with hospice. I am in NJ and needed her to have something from me right away and it needed to be this. Julissa was so kind and compassionate about the situation. When she entered the address, it showed that it would be an extra delivery charge but her manager approved it without the extra charge. So this arrangement wasn’t even available for that zip and they made it happen. Not only that, but I had mentioned to her in the beginning of the conversation that I had wished she could have one with some chocolate covered pieces but would take any assortment that we could get to that house. She allowed me to add chocolate covered strawberries. I am blown away with the customer service that I received from them. Word can not express enough, my gratitude for this company, Julissa, and her manager. They are top notch for sure.
Had a pickup order for 1030 arrived at 1040 and called and they said they were boxing up the small box of fruit 30mins later my order comes out. Defeats the purpose of having a 1030 order and they even had 10 extra mins.

I highly recommend this place. This is my second time ordering from them. I couldn’t make it to my home to for my mother’s birthday. So last minute I ordered online. The order done last minute and the driver was able to deliver before evening. Mother was very happy and shocked... mission accomplished. Thank you. !
Placed an order the day before gave them a 40 minute time frame of when I would like there he said. It was there on time and she loved it! Definitely would use them again

Went In days before valentines made an order. Nothing was delivered. Called the store no one answers. Its 12:22 Feb 15th. Defeats the purpose of trying to do something nice for a person if its not going to be delivered on time. I understand it was busy but at least give me a call and say you werent able to make it.
Very nice guy and even gave me a free sample! Had a order for me ready in less than 15 minutes after I called. The fruit was fresh and delicious!
Paid $175 to have a fruit and chocolate arrangement delivered today, Valentine’s Day...it is now 11:30PM and it still hasn’t been delivered. Totally defeated the purpose of ordering it to begin with. I will NEVER use these people again and will get even with them, just haven’t figured out how extreme and creative to be in doing so. Horrible business. If they can’t timely deliver an arrangement on Valentine’s Day then they don’t need to take the order or the money in the first place. Please share this story with as many people as you can so it does not happen to them.

The way the fruit was set up was very cute. But when I went to eat the fruit my husband paid 40 bucks for, the fruit appeared to be oldAs if it had been sitting up for over 2 weeks.Yes the set up of the arrangement is cute and all but I can do better by making my own....#neveragain

I ordered an $117 arrangement for my fiancée for Valentine’s Day 2019. I placed the order online a week before that day it was to be delivered to her job in Montgomery. Edible arrangements never delivered it. I called the store a couple times it took about an hour to get someone on the phone because the line was busy or they just didn’t answer. After I finally got someone on the phone I explained my problem with the employee said she would have the manager call me and took my number. I never got a call from the manager so I called the store back talking an hour to talk to someone a second time. And was told the manager was out of the store. I had her credit my card. I will never use edible arrangements again. It was the worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with and it ruined my Valentine’s Day as well as my fiancées. Do not expect good service from this store.

Horrible store! The manager and staff lack everything this business model is suppose to represent. I ordered a mothers day arrangement that was never delivered. There was an attempt that failed because the door wasnt answered. After calling the store for an arrangement to redeliver the driver never showed. The next day another call was made and my mom stayed home all day waiting. After 8 hours the store was called garenteeing the delivery. This process happened several times until the manager blamed my mom for not receiving the order because she was in the shower unknowing a surprise was at the front of the house for her. Who wants 3 day old fruit thats been trucked around by am incompetent crew? The manager is an idiot, and this experiance will be reported to the corperate office. Go with Sherrys Berries. Much better product and the business model works.
My daughter and husband went into the store days before Valentines day to order a sweet surprise for me. They even paid extra to have it delivered. I received Nothing! They started calling Valentines day afternoon but no one answered. Started calling again on the 15th... no answer! My daughter went to the location to resolve the problem along with several others who were there for the same reason. She was greeted with poor customer service and not even much of an apology. She finally agreed that they should deliver the arrangement today on the 15th and for her trouble they would add 6 chocolate covered strawberries and deliver it right away... that was hours ago and still Nothing! No one will answer the phone or reply to a Facebook message. This is the absolute worst, it has completely ruined my daughters and husbands attempt to do something special for me! I will never spend my money here and I will tell anyone who will listen not to buy from them! The customer service is awful. Not only that, they simply dont care that their inability to do their job can ruin special occasions for others! I would give them no stars if I could!

As a frequent customer of Edible Arrangements and customer of this location ( which, is a privately owned franchise ) I can say from experience that this location has had customer service issues to began with. The staff isnt knowledgeable about the products being sold, at all... I decided to try my luck at this location today after about a year due to unsatisfactory quality and service previously. Nonetheless, again, my order was half assed. Nothing has changed but the fact that this inside of this location looks abandoned. 👎👎👎👎👎

I wish I could give this store 0 stars for the review. Thanks for ruining my valentines day by not delivering my order to my wife who is at maxwell afb for a class. I only called 3 times over the past week to make sure your delivery driver understood the time she got out of class, and each time I was told it would be delivered by lunch. The platter I ordered for her and her class was not delivered by 3:30pm, which is when they got out of class, so I just threw $70 down the tubes since it was for her to share with her class. Your store, and the guy who doesnt speak english and misspelled multiple words on the card (which I luckily caught and had corrected), have completely turned me off of using this company again. Thanks for ruining the day!
I would rather not even give them one star!! You place your order costing $140 which should have included 2 dozen chocolate covered strawberries, a big balloon and a bear!! Your order is wrong, you go to the store and when trying to explain the situation, they cut you off!! While trying to talk to over the manager (who for the record looks like a crack head) the security guard steps up and tries to take me out! Zelda Road? Why do you even need a security guard? Do you have that many complaints and/or angry customers? How many people want to break in and eat fruit? NEVER EVER USE EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS ON ZELDA ROAD!! Go somewhere else!

They knew Valentines day was coming and they were not prepared for it at all. The system they used took to long. most the people at the store didnt get deliveries or had paid and orders werent ready for pickup.
They didnt deliver on valentines day like i ordered and paid for a week in advance in fact they didnt deliver at all. I dont know what else i can say to keep it g rated besides they suck.
Order did not arrive and when you call the store the voicemail is full.
