This is a good store I like shopping there. BUT it is in need of organization around the paper good areas it’s always full of boxes in the isles and just not neat looking at all. I don’t like the fact that it’s a complete self check out I am disabled have to use a power chair to do my own and it’s very hard to do, and none of the employees that stand there which is several do not offer any assistance not just to me lol have seen other handicap customers having a hard time as well. So that needs some serious addressing and this store would be great.

If I could give this store a negative rating...it would most definitely be a (-10). This is by far the worst experience with Walmart I have ever witnessed, especially when it comes to ordering online for pickup service. Ordered online 8/25 a little after 3pm for pickup scheduled between 7-8pm. I was notified after 8pm that my order was delayed. Received notification that my order was ready for pickup. I checked in through the app, arrived for pickup and my order was still not ready. Waited another hour in the parking lot for an associate to come out and tell me that my order was still not ready. At this point the store is getting ready to close. The associate informed me that they will take down my name and my order would be ready for pickup in the morning...IN THE MORNING (08/26)!! I have a job to get to in the morning. So, instead of just arriving to pickup my order, I decided to call first. Of course, no one would answer the store phone line or the pickup phone line. At this point, Im furious. I called the 800 customer care line. The agent took the complaint and claimed they emailed the store manager, in which I doubt they did. But I did request for that complaint to be emailed to me so that I can have it for my records. So, after I left work, I came back to the store and coincidentally parked in the same spot that I parked in last night. Tried to call again on both lines...no answer. So, I walked in the store and spoke with a manager, in which they alerted an associate to gather my groceries. I was told to go and wait in my car. As Im waiting, an associate comes to my window and informs me that majority of my order is ready but some of it had to be put back and they had to go back and get it. In other words, I still had to wait. Thinking...I couldve went inside and got my own groceries. Talk about contactless pickup is convenient...what a bunch of bull...

I never know what to expect at this walmart. Some days I do a pick up order and it is amazing. Sometimes you place an order to be picked up between 3-4 p.m. and they call you at 10:30 p.m. to tell you its finally ready. My suggestion is to always book the earliest pick up possible. The staff is always nice. The managers are trying there best. I think the just cant find people to work.

I have tried to have home delivery of groceries twice now and they literally cannot deliver regardless of time you choose. Then they just let it simmer without any update except there is a delay. First time they couldnt make it on time and I had to run home to take the groceries on much much later than scheduled time.2ND TIME, well this one was a doozy. Scheduled for 5-6pm delivery. Did not receive notice of delay until AFTER 6pm. Then no contact after that. I requested a cancelation after that and 2 days later I wont get my money back for 10 days supposedly due to bank and 48 hours before notification of cancelation. IN ALL THIS TIME STILL NO CONTACT FROM THE STORE OR STORE MANAGER. No customer service except the online person from India...sigh.

Pick up customer service sucked. When called for the order to be brought out the phone was answered by an employee answered with a very snappy attitude. Will not use again

Truly appreciate the ease of shopping on a condensed scale! Absolutely the BEST for obtaining items needed for spur of the moment meals, quick pick-up items and/or full scale grocery shopping!

Best thing for the northern side of Montgomery. No more going to Atlanta highway or Ann St. Id rather shop online than visit those locations. Nice and helpful staff, clean and organized store. Being next to the crump center and a good walking distance is a great thief deterrent. Easy hassle free shopping.

Pickup time was delayed almost another hour and no one in pickup but me right now. Not satisfied at all with them being so slow.

They dont have one register! Which yes, this does take jobs from us people but what is the point of having all those registers if your never gonna have an employee on them working it? Thats just a waste of money. They have only self Check-Outs. Other than that they pretty much are a good store. Dont have much of a baby section and you must get your baby formula from behind the counter at customer service.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Employees are stocking shelves during peak hours. And by stocking shelves I actually mean texting and just standing in the way in general. The store is a huve mess. Whoever is ordering grocery needs to step up their game about 3000%. And to top it all off, no cashiers.

I order my groceries and use pick up services. I am pleased. They are usually early, polite and speedy!

This visit gets 3 stars because the store was a complete wreck. There us a distinct and palpable lack of pride in this store. Ive been shopping here right after theyve stocked and organized, and its great! Unfortunately, its a mess like today more often than not. Huge pallets blocking the center aisle stacks and stacks of broken down boxes that could easily be removed so customers have room to move and negotiate past each other. Most of the employees are very nice, but theres a few that need home training as we say in the South. Its not nearly as welcoming and clean as my Publix, but theres a trade off if its a big shopping trip, and thats why I go.

That was great I was in and out no wait the workers was kind and thoughtful and helpful it was alsome would shop there more often

One of my good friends stay around corner from here so when I let her house I always shoot over here the people in there are awesome they pay attention they always offer help and prices are great thank you Walmart see you in a few...

Order time was 8-9am. 8:54am I get the text that my order is ready. I pull in the parking lot by 9:15am. A little after 10am I knock on their door asking when my order will be out. 15 minutes later I get my order. The spots were full. No one was getting their order. Ridiculous!!

I love the store. Manager needs to pay attention to the expiration date on products. I seen a a few cartons of eggs that had an expiration date in November. FIFO

So the deli is open till 8 i get there at 7:45 But the person working it says its closed because Im the only one here and Im on my break But she wasnt on her break she was just working on something else and said she was goin to be on her break til 8 how nice!

Its good for a quick stop of you just need the basics. It could use a bigger parking lot since none of the people that shop there know how to drive on a parking lot. Other than that its not bad 4 out of 5 would go again.

Wal-mart pick up. Shop online and choose pick up for groceries. They gather evetything, bring it to your car and put it in. With a minor amount of planning you dont have to actually go into Wal-mart. They are always friendly and I have used the service about 20 times and loved it everytime. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

I enjoy shopping at the Neighborhood I never have to wait long to checkout the cashier are friendly and stocking crew will help you find a item if you cant find what you are looking for. The store is always clean and you are always greeted with you walk in and when you leave the greeter always tell you to have a great day. That store is my favorite Walmart store in Montgomery.

The new layout with no cashiers makes checking out with a full grocery load a bit of a hassle. Still great for smaller trips, though.

Things are not stocked like the use to be. A few items I have needed havent been stocked since before the holidays. Also, the self check out only doesnt sit well for me. I now think twice based on the amount of groceries I need. With the price of food going up, the customer doesnt get the feeling they matter when you have to do it all. Customer service is hit or miss.

I sat there after calling 2 times before 2:30, I told 3 different associates that I was there yet 7 people who arrived after me were loaded before me.So I give them zero stars.And didnt get loaded until after 3:00.

So I paid for a membership for Walmart delivery right I ordered the night before 12/03/2020 and my order was supposed to be delivered to me on 12/04/2020 between 2-3 pm.Well I never got my order when I called because I got an email saying my order had been delivered and it was not to my home (let me point out) I called customer service she called the store on Atlanta highway.They called me back an stated they was remaking my order I sat at home and waited and waited no no groceries.Well I called back the customer service line and spoke with a Lesley @ 6:47p.m which was very rude I requested a supervisor and she told me I could not get one keep in mind I work in customer service myself and you cannot deny someone a supervisor period.Not only that I was told I will not be getting my groceries and to go pick up my own groceries.

BOOOOOO!!!!! This store has went to customer checkout completely. I dont work for Walmart but now Im having to do their job for them, where is my discount. First it was the app, now this. You know what other country does this, China. They should hire more workers instead of getting rid of positions to run the registers. Hire people to give them work, not reduce.

We just got home from the Walmart on federal drive in Montgomery.We talked about how friendly and helpful they are. They even opened another lane to check us out.Several associates were friendly and helpful. Thanks to that store all of the Walmart’s could learn from this staff.

Always able to shop with ease, and the associates definitely remember you as a regular customer of the Walmart family.

NEVER using this Walmart’s curbside pickup again!!!! I waited for well over an hour past my scheduled pick up time range and still never received my groceries (I only ordered 18 items). I arrived at 5:30 for a scheduled pickup of 5-6. At 6, an associate told me it would be 15 more minutes. I waited an additional 30 minutes before calling. When I called, the associate simply said “It’s not done yet”, so I canceled my order. This is by far the WORST experience I’ve had with curbside pickup.

I pick up all the time here since April dealing withe the pandemic and they are very nice everytime I pick my items up.

The shelves were full and stock.

I enjoyed walking through the store, getting my gro.and everybody was nice and helpful.

I went to get instant yeast for a recipe and they had no yeast... while I was there I picked up a 6 pack of wine coolers for my moms cook out. I went through self check out and the girl who needed to check my ID said that they cant sell it mixed. I told her that they were all on the shelf like that and she repeated that they cant sell them mixed. Then she called for a manager. I didnt need a manager I just needed to buy a 6 pack of the wine coolers. I didnt care what flavor because I dont drink them. The manager took forever getting over to me and at this point I am angry because I have a time constraint. Angela the store manger gets over there and just repeats the same thing the cashier did. I said I dont have time for this and maybe they should fix the ones on the shelf because they are all mixed and the manager (Angela) says sarcastically maybe you should just have a good day... all that either one of these employees had to do to make this right was to go and get a six pack that was not mixed so I could buy it and be on my way. Instead I get nothing but attitude and no solutions. You should train your people in customer service. This is why I always go through self checkout so I can avoid your rude cashiers and managers. The only people at your store that have good customer service skills are your stockers. Maybe they should be the ones to teach your casheirs and managers.

I love the ease of being able to get in and out of a Walmart! Just dont go between 3:30-6 p.m.! Its not in and out then for sure! And they could do a better job of having ALL food products that the bigger stores have!

I mainly go to this location for grocery pickup. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Even on the rare occasion that theres a delay due to scheduling or something else beyond the employees control, they do their best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Very convenient but packed. I went in on Friday to get some rotecerie chicken. All the lines were in the isles. I was like wow, everybody had the same idea. Im sorry, they need more staff on high traffic days because that was ridiculous. Walmart needs more registers and workers, good workers. The lady at the service desk was on point though. Her service and appearance was great. (Maroon braids). Thank you.

Clean and well-stocked store despite moderate to heavy customer traffic. Staff is small but friendly and professional. Especially good service from their Grocery Pick-up staff.

Waiting for almost an hour for someone to bring my groceries to my car. People that came after me were getting their groceries and leaving. There was only one young man putting groceries in vehicles. The staff was not adequate. Will not go there again.
