Love big lots. The people working there are always nice and I love shopping at BL.

I love Big Lots BUT I dislike when I have a coupon the cashier is blown away with how to honor the coupon. Really? I never had this problem in the other state I lived in. I do not know why the coupons are generated only to have the cashiers tell me I used a coupon when I did not or the $ off is not really taken off of my order.

It is a good store. Wouldnt shop there often. I remember the prices being better

Always clean, and Great stuff. Nothing like Big Lots when I was a kid. I love their decor and outdoor furniture.

The employee was a caucian man with a beard, he walk pass me looked me in the eyes and ignored me. Then I flag down another employee and she helped me, purchase two twin mattress.

To be considered a discount store, their prices arent so cheap. Their furniture, mattresses and most houseware cost more than what youll find online at places like Wayfair, Walmart, etc.

Big lots is great, but only if they have what is being advertise. Going to the store three times to purchase a TV stand, with no luck. Thats why the three stars. If I could buy my TV stand it would be five stars. Great things if they ever come on that truck

Good variety of furniture and stuff. The store was clean, and very busy the last time we were here. We looked at furniture but really werent in the market for any at the time. The prices were good but there are other places with similar quality for the same. Service was helpful and friendly.The new store is really spacious and clean. The biggest problem is that while the staff is very helpful they are a bit disorganized. Items on the showroom floor may or may not be in stock.

They were out of the tree I went back for...but Sonjaye hooked me up. Came out of there spending more money on something better, thanks to her :) Excellent service last 2 times I visited!

Cleanest, nicest Big Lots I have ever been to. The gentleman who sold us a recliner, took it out of the box to fit it in our vehicle… Including bringing up additional items such as household stuff etc. it was clean organized and all of the employees were extremely polite! I wish I had one like this by my house! Keep on doing what you’re doing!

I was totally ignored by the staff. Too bad... it was almost a guaranteed large purchase if anyone had bothered to help me.

Everything about the store was pleasant except one associate. My daughter wanted a iving room sectional so we went in on Memorial Day to purchase it. There was a group of 4 or 5 associates next to the piece of furniture talking so we stood there for a good while waiting for assistance. The gentleman who finally acknowledged us gave us short answers to every question we asked and immediately went back to talking to the group. He didnt even walk over to us and give us 5 minutes of his undivided attention to make a sale. So we began to leave the store and another associate came up to us and said she would assist us. If my daughter didnt want the sofa I would have walked out and forgot about it.

Great choice of home furnishings, food, garden and pet supplies. The few employees they have really dew hustle. Fun place.

What a difference a change in location makes! Big lots is large and clean, with more variety than ever. I think moving the store to the old Toys “R”Us building was a great decision: There is ample parking and shifts business back towards central Montgomery instead of following the trend of moving all the businesses to East Chase.Everything here is neatly stocked on the shelves and there is room to move around. The most impressive area would have to be the furniture department. Now there is an impressive array of furniture sensually showcased. I’ve never seen a Big Lots with so much furniture in one store. Very Impressive!

Clean, friendly, and highly affordable prices. I go for low cost home staples like paper products, cleaning supplies, olive oil, ect. I go when I cant afford bulk prices at the moment or dont have space for bulk. Bonus: If youre shopping with kids, the open spaces make it easier to maneuver as a parent.

The parking lot was very dirty, litter all over. Hard to get in with cars all over by entrance picking up furniture. The prices on animal food high. Check out only one cashier. I really liked the other store.

Its my favorite store to go to during the weekend since it lacks the riffraff youll find in Wal-Mart. I always love going there during November because my favorite Halloween things are always on sale.
