It took me 6 weeks to get a door ordered. The customer service sucks. There is a employee that work there by the of jack that needs to be trained how customer service operates. If this was my business he would be looking for a job. My experience with southern sash was not what I expected and if I had to do it again, the only way I would spend money with this company would be with other salesperson that knows his job and how to talk to a customet

This is a great place to go for window and doors the people were very nice and friendly they go out of their way to make sure that everything is right.

Ordered windows on 11/3/2020 and last window was just installed in June 2021. When I went inside and put down payment on windows and ordered them, windows was never ordered. After approx. 2-months I called to find out the status of my order and the young man (will with hold name) got smart with me and never called me back. Due to the company not ordering windows and all orders taking soooo long to come in. I was told that my windows would be upgraded and it should only take a month to come in. Manager did not tell me that the new upgraded windows came without screens. After waiting another 6-week, windows finally came in and was told the installer had quit and I had to wait again so they could find someone to install the windows. After 2-week I received a call from the manager at Southern Sash and worked out a time schedule for windows to be installed. Without fail Southern Sash employee who measured the windows, measured them incorrectly (by a Southern Sash employee), so I had to wait another 6-weeks. You get what you pay for....I would not recommend Southern Sash to anyone!!!!
