Purchased a couple of things from them and there great products, customer service was very helpful and friendly and very on top of there game. Will be referring them to my friends and workers if they need anything. Was referred here bye a worker and very happy they did refer me.

Great company! One of a kind hand-made hydro float suits to help anyone be able to enjoy the benefits of water therapy. Customer Service goes above and beyond. If they dont have it they will find a way to get it. A+

I ordered a training swim noodle from them. It tore the first time we used it. I tried to explain how it had came un glued, created a weakness in it and the it tore. They would honor any warranty and wanted me to pay for another one after I used it just once. I asked for a manager to call to discuss and she would not call only email and would still not help

Very disappointed with my interaction with this company. Swim diaper ordered according to published specifications did not fit and while they were quick to accept a return, they would not refund any of the shipping costs. Very poor customer service. I will not use this company again.
