These are about the most friendly people Ive ever met. They greet you coming in and talk to you about what they can do help you. I took my blower to them to get fixed. I had the pleasure of working with Shannon who was great working with. She was having a problem getting the part I needed but it wasnt her fault at all. It was the company that made my blower. She worked extremely hard to get the issue resolved and she definitely did!! Great person. Hopefully I wont need their services again, but if by chance I do, Ill definitely go back to them.

I bought my Massey in Florida to be used on my property in Alabama. I have had a couple of minor issues with the tractor and have used Colbentz to resolve those problems. They have always treated me professionally and have gone out of their way to assist me. I am fortunate to have them close by for all my Massey needs.

Refused to perform warranty work.Planned on purchasing 3 tractors but they treated me very unprofessional and I went elsewhere.P.S. bought 2 more John Deere’s and a Kubota.
