I do not recommend Mr. Sandman. Instead of the Jameson box springs I paid for (and which was displayed with the Jameson mattress as a matched set in the showroom) they delivered a cheap, unbranded box springs in a different color. I was promised $100 credit because they delivered the wrong box springs, one month later Mr. Sandman has still not issued the credit. I had also paid an additional $75 for mattress to be safely delivered in a van or enclosed box truck; instead, mattress and mismatched box springs were delivered squashed inside the open back of an unmarked regular size pickup truck... and delivered five hours late. A bad experience for me with Mr. Sandman.

Got a nice king size mattress and had it delivered. They even dumped my old mattress to help out. Excellent customer service. Will be visiting again soon.

They announced going out of business sale but never seen to be open. Was looking for a recliner went to biglot

Great customer service and amazing prices! They will load your mattress onto your vehicle or offer a reasonably priced delivery service to your home. Dont judge the book by its cover; this is a great place to buy a mattress.

Very punctual for delivery. Said they would deliver between 1 and 3 today and they were here at 1:00. Greatly appreciated that. Also have stage 4 breast cancer and because of neurauphathy from chemo had fallen and had to have spinal fusion last Friday so was not able to go to show room.Spoke to Willie explaining situation and needs and he was able to hook me up withmattress and box springs at a great price and good support for my back. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE and greatly appreciated.

Immensely pleased with the experience. We went to several places but Sandman was by far the best. Great mattresses, great prices, and extraordinary customer service. 10/10 would recommend everytime!
