Bought a ring and went and had it appraised 2 days later. It didnt even have a 25% value of what I paid for it. I was told to bring it back and when I did they offered me 17% of the price that I originally paid for it. The store manager basically laughed in my face and gave every excuse instead of trying to take care of the customer. I have bought alot of merchandise but after today I wont ever think about even recommending or buying from here again.

I purchased a piece of jewelry here. The staff was friendly. I later took my ring to get cleaned and was informed by my jeweler that it is not real gold. I called the manager for several days until I finally reached him. He told me there was nothing he could do because it had been too long (about two weeks) even though they were closed several days that were normal business days and had their phone forwarded to the Birmingham office. I would not recommend anyone buy jewelry from here unless you have the ability to test it yourself or have your jeweler with you. Basically I was just ripped off and I work too hard for my money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
