Prices and service are both great. Sometimes selection is a little limited, but still totally worth the trip. Definitely a stop for me if I need chicken or ground beef, great prices.

The store smells really bad and there were definitely flies just laying on top of the packages of raw chicken.The cashier was extremely pleasant. I wanted to give 5 stars just for her, but I couldn’t go higher than 2 because of the dead flies

I like their meats, thats really all I buy from there. I dont like having the 10% surge charge and then the 10% tax. Im 65 and live off of disability. So every penny counts. It ccx would be great if they would give seniors a discount. The employees are all really nice.

Great store, very reasonable prices. Everytime I visit this store they always have a great sale on their meats. They stay well stocked and the friendly staff is always there for help. A good way to stretch your money but get quality food

Not a bad place to shop. Their meat is excellent, same quality as super foods and Foodland, wayyyyy better than Walmart meat. Just be aware there is a 10% surcharge on top of your 10% sales tax.

I enjoy this supermarket. The meat prices are good. As with any store like this, veggies, etc are higher. Its a cost plus so prepare to pay 10% over the market price. Employees are very nice too.

Great improvements to the store! I love that they have a fresh selection of produce and meats. They also have a nice selection of flowers outside if you are interested in gardening. I come here frequently to get bang energy drinks, which they have one of the lowest prices on!

Thought it would be more like Grocery Outlet that carries a lot of gluten free foods and grass fed beef; but I only found one gluten free item and no grass fed beef. Grocery Outlet also carries gourmet foods like Kalamata Olive Oil, aged Balsamic & Champagne Vinegars, etc., but there is nothing like that here.

Well theirs a few things I like about this market, low price meat specials, they have some beautiful plants for sale all the time, and its in a nice neighborhood. Now the grocery store itself needs some remodeling. Theyre always over crowded with hood 🐀, and the store looks like it hasnt had any updates since it was built. With all this Corornavirus going on, they should be extra clean but instead it looks looks extra dingy. Lol 😂, but Im just telling the truth.

I dont always feel the food is up-to-date or the store is clean. Many customers still enter without masks.

This store has been operated since the early 60s. The Food Outlet has a great produce selection that is well maintained. The meat selection is broad and feels the needs for different ethnic shoppers. They sell Stockyards full of beef, pork and chicken daily which keeps the meats fresh. The only problem that I have is the smell of old milk as you turn left around the corner from the milk display...Otherwise, I began my shopping experience when it was Big Bear and I was 9 ...I am now 63 and I still enjoy shopping there!

Always open lines and super friendly and helpful staff. Theyre always cleaning and showing safe, sanitary practices.

Seems like its a family store and they try their best to please their customers. You can find wonderful deals here especially in the meat department. They actually have a butcher which is rare in Montgomery now and he will fix things for you like you want them before 4:00... they have redecorated and rearranged so there is more room now to go down the aisle.

They are awesome! Had an employee help me get the fruit items I needed for the fruit baskets I was getting together to take to the living facility residents. I had 12 and they was so good helping me organize and make sure I had all the items needed for everyone on my list. Think I will ask if they could help me this year with my baskets.

Pretty good prices. Employees were kind. Store is old so they are limited to changing some of my complaints without remolding the place which is costly & would probably raise the prices. The set up of store is off. Its chopped up to me. Buggy I had the wheels where messed up & with floor ... well you could hear me 5 rows over. Store is cluttered, feels gloomy, dark & dirty. But its clean, just old. However when I shop for food, I like to be in a bright, cheerful, clean environment. Their selection on some items is limited, but they do carry their own generic line of products. Check out system is old school... which means theres a cashier & bag boy who...are Kind, Appreciative, Speak, say TY, Come back, Yes maam/Sir & dont ask but just push your bagged groceries to your vehicle & place in them the way you like. (Without holding their hand out for tip)So just decide what is important to you when you shop.

The price of the meat has been jacked up almost 3 times as much!!! During this pandemic, Food Outlet leads me to wander if theyre trying to help Americans or hurt Americans.When this is over DALRAIDA neighbors, etc should consider patronizing a store that will go the whole way with them in time of trouble!!!

Decent neighborhood grocery store. They have good meat selection and I always go there if Im in a pinch and need some groceries. The customer service is also good. Cant complain. Just wish there were more imported foods there, but I understand that the local market doesnt have that kind of taste.

Th is place is horrible now. At first when my cousin introduced me to the place that had so.e of the prettiest meats ever. That really all I went there for. But now the meat department is horrible. They have flies everywhere. Ive seen flies inside of places of meats before. I seen flies frozen to packages of meat. Will I go again definitely not. Then they charge an extra 10% on everything. You should use that 10% to clean up. And to get better food in there.

This place is a gem!! The best discount meat ever!! You can literally stock up on all meat for months worth just a hundred bucks. Its unbelievable!! And the people are just as friendly as they could be. This place is aces!
