Decent selection for such a small store. The employees are helpful. Most actually understand mechanics and know what the things they sell are for or can do. Perhaps not technical knowledge though when building a house one wouldnt exactly be asking their lumber liquidator how to frame I suppose. Sometimes they get a little annoying trying to make sure you dont need help however they probably just dont have very much to do. Located next to an auto zone and home depot so if hf aint got you at least someone nearby will.

Greatly appreciate ease of shopping and staffs assistance in providing info on item(s) specific location. On TWO (2)separate occasions, (same)Cashier presented very dry, non - friendly and one day openly admitted I need to be at home ~ TRULY an understatement! Several attempts to complete specific customers order were attempted due to Cashiers repeated errors. This created a much longer than required wait time for other Customers in line.

They just have everything that you need to fix your car up from your car to your home everything and Joy are going to coming in looking around and and mostly it most of the time I buy something great place

Extremely good prices on tools!! I got Freon there for 6 dollars each 12 oz can. The tools tend to be on the cheaper side, but for the price you literally can’t beat it!!

Harbor freight was pleasant easy to find what youre looking for however they are short-handed which in this day and time is an uncommon when you walk into any store but luckily I already knew what I was looking for and was also able to help some customers who needed help because I frequent that place quite often

Helpful and friendly staff at this location. Love the coupons, text, and email deals available every month. This is a great place to buy the tools you need at an affordable price. I also love that when you purchase the warranty you can return/exchange the items you need to replace directly to the store.

Large variety of tools and other things. I actually went for a face shield and found them @13.99 they are large wirh hard plastic head cage and thick plastic sheid that will not bend easily. Its also easy to be distended. There was also a large selection of masks. Just stop in and see what you need

This is actually one of the best Harbor Freight stores that I have been to. Clean store and very helpful and friendly staff. Would have given it 5 stars, but the location took it down one.

When you go to harbor freight you always know what you are going to get. Cheap prices on reasonable tools. This particular harbor freight is clean inside and some of there staff are very knowledgeable on what they have in stock. There staff also knows what most of there power tools are capable of and wont beat around the Bush about it.

Im usually at work around the same time of their hrs of Opreation so theyre closed when I get off, but finally I was able to stop by n get somethings while I was there and as a refuge since there was a storm that came through. Plus the associates were very helpful. Overall good experience.

Only one cashier running register and once another cashier opened, she was rude and picked only certain customers to check out. Other than that, original cashier was really nice and we was able to find the items we needed.

Due to the large power outage this was the only place in town that had a generator. Employees were helpful.

5 of items we went to purchase were not in stock. Staff was not helpful when questioned about when staff would be available or why the tags were still shown to be taken to check out when the items were not in stock. It seems this is a habit of harbor freight to post items on sale that will draw customers in and then not have the items available when the customers come.

This store has gone down hill quickly. Sidewalk sale inside? Had to sort through bins because the wrong items were in the wrong bins. Cashier was indifferent. I had 3 of one item, and 3 of another. All the same price. She scanned one of them 6 times. Can you say jacked up inventory. I only go there when I cant find it anywhere else. I wont be back.

Go for price watch out for quality

Count on Harbor Freight for all of those little things you need and plenty of the little things that YOU HAD NO IDEA that you needed as well!! While the bad news is that you will buy 10 more things while roaming around the store, but when you get to the register you will get change back from your $20. Nothing here costs very much and you do need the stuff--admit it! See that wasnt so tough now was it?

Youve got to pick and choose your tools. Some work great all the time, every time. Some work really great once. Theyve always got a nice variety of tools. The big issue for me is when they run out of lets say a 10 pack of electrical tape for $5.49 but have 100 individual rolls for $.99 each and wont give you 10 rolls for the price of the 10 pack.

I called the Prattville, Alabama store to see if they had their low profile floor jack that was in the ad and they said it was and in stock and I got there and they did not have any in stock so I called the Montgomery, Alabama store to see if they had any and I was Also told by the store manager that they had 3 in stock and that she would put one at the front with my name and telephone number on it and I got to the store and guess what. Twice in 1 day no stock available at either store. So Im saying this to say I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY HARBOR FREIGHT STORE EVER AGAIN. It is sad that the store manager doesnt even know what is in stock at her store and cannot even take the time to take care of her customers. This is pathetic!!!

Great store, like most all Harbor freights. They had the power tool I needed at a fair price too. I think most of their products have improved in quality lately. It used to be said among friends and co-workers, if you buy one, you had better buy two because it will break soon. I dont think that applies so much any more. The store was clean and well organized and stocked. The cashier was polite and friendly also.

They never have enough help

I any handicap and cant go into the store so my 93yr old MOM DOES my walking. All I do is write a list, she gives it to the cashier and they get the ideas, I needed a jack last week and the lady brought it and put it in the truck.. The people are so so nice! Thank you for having what we need and for the extra services!

Enjoyed the shopping experience. Nice clean store. Very well organized. Purchased a TV mount for less than $20. Wasnt aware TV mounts were even sold there. Would definitely shop this location again.

Bought an engine using a coupon(sale price) and trying to use an additional coupon for ten percent off manager called I explained neither coupon stated cannot be combined. I guess either he thought I was lying or he couldnt read he pulled out his own circular then said Ill go ahead but we cant make a habit of this. Receipt shows Reason:Customer Satisfaction.I will not shop in Prattville anymore.I will go to Pelham which treated me properly. Using two coupons there, my receipt printed Coupon Discount 20.0% off.

Awesome little store for cheap tools. If you needed to for one time job or for multiple time job this is the place to get it. They always have daily sales. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have patients when it comes to customer service...Im being a retired retail manager I understand patients...but the cashier was holding personal conversations some of the customers about she is going by the liquor state when she gets off...thats too personal and not a subject to discussed while trying to ring up customers with only two registers open and the line going down the aisle is NOT ACCEPTABLE
