Really enjoyed shopping here. They have some quality supplements and the staff is very knowledgeable. Theyre also very friendly. Prices are very reasonable as well.

I was camped out outside GameStop (which is 2 stores down) to get an Xbox Series X with about 11 other people. A Vitamin Shoppe employee came outside and gave all of us free water and flavor packets because it was hot outside. That was one of the nicest gestures I have ever seen in my life from a business. I went into the Vitamin Shoppe to buy something after this kind gesture, and they served me in less than 5 minutes giving me EXACTLY what I asked for. Both of the employees I saw were kind, knowledgeable, and just amazing. One of the best experiences with a store I’ve ever had.

My current visit to this store was delightful. I was welcomed upon entering with a warm smile. I was asked per two of the staff if I needed assistance locating an item. I was directly taken to the product in question, shown the clearance areas, and had a speedy but informative checkout.

Whatever supplements you need, theyll have it.

Nice and informed staff. Did not have exactly what I wanted, but were able to get me a similar product.

First time I ordered products, I was somewhat pleased. Products took about 2 weeks to arrive. Second time I ordered, my items were split into two orders. One was shipped and delivered in about a week! Great. The other item still hasnt even been processed! Its been 2 weeks. I think they can do better in this aspect. The item quality is great...but the delivery takes too long. I can order elsewhere and receive my in stock items in 5-7 days. I havent even been sent an email saying there is an issue or anything....just waiting for my item.

This location is inconsistent with service. Sometimes I go in and the employees are extremely helpful and sometimes they seem too busy to care (even when there isnt anyone else in the store).

Their selection is huge and their prices are high. The manager is very nice. Even when I have been unsure about the name of the supplement he has led me to the right shelf. My only complaint is that they carry a lot of fad type products and they often do not work as stated.

Fantastic Customer service and extremely knowledgeable! Answered all of my questions, great priced and I will be a customer for life.

I just love being in the South. Having been bred in Georgia but leaving as a young teenager for greater adventures, I sometimes forget how friendly my roots are. Sorry for that spiel, lol!! But that intro leads me to this stellar review.I called before I arrived to make sure they carried a certain type of herb. The young lady, Ashley, was super nice and helpful. When I arrived the other associates were really friendly and knowledgeable as well. I was quite impressed; with the vast quantity of vitamins, herbs and other extensive products they were able to direct me to my item within seconds. Awesome Sauce! LolOverall excellent customer service and superb staff! Definitely, without a doubt, highly recommend!
