Hot water tank was installed by Spire. When the hot water tank no longer worked 9 months later, Spire said no techs are available in Pike Road, Alabama to service the hot water unit. After calling LUquire, a tech came out and guided me through the process of not only getting he unit unit fixed but as it turned out through the manufacture warranty, a brand new hot water tank replaced. The honesty and dedication by the service tech, Jesé was perfect and greatly appreciated. I’d recommend LUQuire as your first choice of service.or repair.

Called Luquire to check on a dryer vent that I believed was backed up, they sent someone out to Prattville almost immediately to give me a quote and sent a tech back the next day to do the work! Dryer is finally drying! Great customer service!

I am so disappointed in Luquire. I called them on Saturday and a lady named AIdan showed up. She charged me $89 for misleading diagnosis and she said someone was going to called back for a quote. NOBODY CALLED. I have to pay additional money to another person to fix my furance. She only stay fifteen minutes for nothing. I will not called Luquire again. Nobody has money to waste like that.

Had Horrible Service done at my grandmothers home.The technician that came left a gas leak escaping from a water heater not being properly installed. My grandmother, who lives alone, thankfully smelled the gas escaping as it was making her nauseated. We were able to call REAL licensed professionals to have it fixed. No telling what this could have led to. I am wondering if the technicians here are actually state certified or apprentices under a licensed professional. Some one from higher management needs to reach out and speak with us. PLEASE CHECK THE ALABAMA BOARD OF HVAC to make sure these techs are licensed and highly skilled before servicing in your home.

Luquire is the best company ever. Tim assessed my issue on 5-3-19. He was knowledgeable and professional. I decided to have Luquire install a brand new system. Later that day Lee Grimes came to my home with the proposal. His explanation of the 10 year warranty and services included sold me and I was excited for the installation. Lee told me to expect the installers around 8:30 am......Justin and Nick arrived at 8:11!!! I had some plumbing issues/sewage back up. Looked online, and found this company. I called and got an immediate response. Tina was very friendly and told me one of their associates would be at my house soon. I meet Justin at the door no later than 45 minutes later. He was very professional, walked through my home to get the facts.drove to my backyard and got started to work. He was very patient and precise with his work. He got part of my problem taken care of, but we might have another problem with a possible broken pipe under ground. So we made a plan, he will return with a snake web cam. My appointment was made, he cleaned up, I paid him. For a home built in 1972, and have never had a plumbing issue till now, I would not doubt with mature trees all around I might have the problem he diagnosed. I will highly recommend this company to all.

After paying other heating and air companies to repair my system only to have the same problem afterwards I called Luquire. The technician they sent out was very knowledgeable and thorough and got the thing fixed. I couldnt be more pleased.

BEWARE... Called Luquire to come see about our AC not cooling on August 21, 2018. Our business is 45 miles from Luquire and was told there would be an $89 service call. That was fine. The technician arrives and waves an instrument over our unit and says that there is a small leak and he will have to use a Flaring tool to fix it. He did not have this tool on his truck and stated that he would have to come back at another time to fix our AC. We never received a call about someone coming back, but did receive a bill in the mail for $256. $256 for what?? When I called and asked about the charges because our AC still doesnt work, I was told that if we wanted them to come back to fix it, it was going to cost $550. Who sends their technician out to a job site without the necessary equipment, and then charges the customer for NOT fixing it?? Good business is sending someone with all the right tools since you have no idea what the problem is until you actually take a look at it. So... for them to come back and fix it, which should have been done on the first trip for $256, they now want a total of $806. Delusional to say the least... Stay away from this company unless you just enjoy getting screwed over. And take a look at their website. Youll notice all the glowing 5 star reviews, but you cant leave a review on their actual site. Hmmm.. wonder where all these fantastic reviews came from?? 🤔 Bad business...

The outside unit on our heat pump is freezing during all this cold weather. We called and Nick was here in less than an hour. Within ten minutes, he diagnosed the problem. He had to go back to the shop to get a new part. Bottom line, the part was installed and everything was working two and half hours after after our call. Nick was courteous and answered all our questions. Great guy to work with, but that seems to be the standard with all Luquire employees.Update 26 Apr 18: Well the old unit lasted 18 years but it died. Grade A number 1 service all the way from helping select the unit we needed, through 0% financing, to the install and training on the new smart thermostat. We couldnt ask for better treatment.

HVAC system went out at 3am and a call to Luquire was answered right away. They offered to come out right away, but I said it could wait until morning. By 7am Nick called to say he was on his way to my house. In just 30 minutes he located the problem and was done in less than two hours. No charge since my unit was under warranty and I have a service contract. Excellent company and excellent customer service.

Luquire Never Again, I hired them for the installation of an dehumidifier and vapor-barrior plastic sheeting... I wish I could attach a few photos of the install it looks like a 2nd Grader did it, Mastic everywhere and its incomplete.... Informed the management of the subpar job, but the wont correct it.. See you in court I guess...!

I had an after hours problem with a/c. I called Luquire and Keran answered, handled my problem very fast and efficiently and was extremely sweet on the phone. Within 25 minutes technician Nick was here, diagnosed a dead capacitor, fixed it and I have a/c. Fast efficient and friendly. A/c under warranty so my cost was zero.

Had them come out twice, first tech got the AC running and did all the servicing. In about 5 day same issue, another tech came out right away, was able to diagnose the problem to failing start capacitor. Did not charge service fee (89$) for coming out second time. Both techs were were professional and just nice people in general. Will only use them for all my heating and AC needs in the future

Had a reoccurring issue that seemed to only present at night (2am and 3am issues). They guys came out after hours check the system but it always seems to work fine when they were there. Finally, we could reproduce the problem on the 4th visit, the emergency heat was coming on with the AC. Kyle S. was able to track down a short in the wire in the wall. The 4 trips out, they only charged me for the initial call out as they could not find a problem. That was a huge relief to me and shows they are willing to stick with a problem. I am very pleased. I was ready to spend 5k on a new system, but they resolved the issue for a normal service call. I came home on a Friday evening to a hot house; AC would not cut on. I then contacted our home warranty company, and the only service provider they would use would not be able to come out for 48 hours. So I decided to just pay out of pocket for someone to come on out which was a great decision. Paul Mason was our technician, and he was friendly, clean, and knowledgable. He diagnosed our problem, replaced the faulty parts, and got our AC working again within a few hours. I will certainly use them again.

We are only in the preliminary stages of having our HVAC system fully replaced with AC by Luquire and so far I’ve been very impressed although their reputation preceded them. We’ve had knowledgeable, helpful technicians and estimators our to the house who were able to answer all our questions and advise us on various options, the pros and cons of all of them, and were very likable and helpful. Very pleased so far. We are scheduled to have the HVAC replaced next Thursday.

Today I had a service call appointment for 8:30am at the lasted. However, Nick showed up early and I really liked that. He seem extremely happy to be there at 7:50am. I was happy he was early because that means I get to work on time. He fix the problem with my thermostat which seem to be tempermental. He fix it and stayed to make sure it was working correctly before he would leave which gave me the impression that he cared, because sometimes a bad tech will fix and go, and not stick around but Nick did. Last night our furnace stopped blowing warm air. I called Luquire in the morning and within an hour Chris Geer, a certified tech for Luquire, showed up and got right to work. He tested everything, explaining along the way (in laymans terms) what the problem was and that all safety systems were working. Turns out the pressure on my propane tank was low. We had the problem repaired and everything is working great. Best thing of all....everything was covered by the warranty. I dont think we will need a new furnace any time soon, but if we do, Luquire will get our business.
