I would not recommend any other U-Haul in Montgomery. These people were nice courteous and fair upon me choosing the vehicle that I wanted. The vehicle was also clean on the inside as you can check the videos to see. The items that they sell here are not overpriced and fairly priced. Highly recommended if youre going to use a U-Haul you need to use this one. And the storage facilities are $50 per month you cant beat that. They are also setting up an inside storage as well.

They had the wrong truck reserved and my wife had to go to Prattville to get on.

Zero star. Worst company ever. Didnt have my truck or trailer ready. Didnt have the pock up I ordered (20 mpg )Gave me a box truck I didnt want ( 10 mpg ) sent me too 3 other locations for the tow dolly. A 188 dollar bill turned into 265. Customer svc siad its not thier fault. I knew what i was getting on too. Spent 3 hrs on hold and got hung up on several times.Dont ever use uhaul. Go enterprise.Big middle finger you haul. I hope they go bankrupt.
